Chapter 16

Miko P.O.V. Saturday (Still)

I laid on my stomach scrolling through Instagram as Daddy was in his office doing work. I looked over my shoulder hearing him move around in the other room. "The file is called what?" He asked someone on the phone. "I don't have it. Are you sure someone gave it to me?" He asked. "Yeah, Yeah, whatever. I'll find it." He said to ever it was. I heard him walking down the hall until the door was pushed opening all the way. "Hey, baby?"

I rolled over sitting up. "Yes?" "I look for documents. That Lily said she gave you to give to me Thursday last week. Do you know what I did with them?" He asked walking over to the side of the bed. "UGGHH...... Those are the ones that I dropped on your office floor when I heard you talking about firing my dad. if it was on Thursday." I answered running a hand through my hair. "Damn it, I left those ones in my office. Hey, you want to do me a favour?" he asked looking at me with a pleading smile.

"You want me to go pick them up for you??" I asked scooting to the end of the bed."Yes. No one should be there unless the janitor fell asleep in the basement again." He said walking over to his dresser. "Here's my key to get in. You can go through any door to get in."

"I will do it for a kiss," I said standing up stretching my arms. "Or," He said wrapping his arms around me pulling me into him roughly, "You'll do what your Daddy asks of you." "No. I won't." I said crossing my arms looking away from him. "Oh really?" He growled in my ear.

Time Skip

I got out of my car biting my lip as I felt it move. I closed the door locking it. I walked through the empty parking lot towards the side door of the building so no one could see me go in and think I breaking and entering. I unlocked the door walking in closing and locking the door behind myself. I walked over to the elevator clicking the up button.

I rode the elevator up to his office unlocking the door opening freezing seeing a woman naked along with a man. I closed the door faster than light not wanting to see what was happening there. I pulled my phone out clicking Daddy's contact as I walked into the stairway so I couldn't hear them. "Hey. Did you forget what the file was-"

"There's a dude having sex with a chick on your desk and I'm scared for life now," I said really fast looking through the little window hearing his office door opening. "Listen," I said before he could start talking. "I TOLD YOU WOMAN NO ONE WOULD BE HERE TODAY! YOUR PARANOIA NOW GOT ME SOFT!" I opened the door slightly as he talked so Daddy could hear him. I held the phone back up to my ear hearing him growling. "I'll be right there. I swear whoever it is, is gonna lose a lot more than a damn job. Make sure they do not leave." I heard him mumble about throwing out his desk as he moved around.

"Love you, baby boy." "Love you too, Daddy," I said just before he hung up the phone. I waited for what felt like forever but the elevator doors opened revealing my well-dressed Daddy. He was in tight black pants, shining work shoes, and a white button up shirt that was unbuttoned part way. I walked out into the hall grabbing his hand before he opened the door, "Can I have a kiss?" I asked looking up at him with puppy dog eyes. "Yes." He leaned down cupping my face before slamming his lips against mine. I smiled triumphantly as he pulled away before he opened the door making sure it hit the wall with a loud slam.

Time Skip (Sunday)

I flopped onto my bed biting my lip as I jolted feeling it move again. God was this torture. I looked at my phone seeing it was the 21st, 4 days till Christmas. And the Snowballs as of yesterday are out of school till the 8th. "Miko! There's gonna be snow tonight so bring the beanbag in!" I heard Mika yell from their room followed by him yelling at wrapping paper not agreeing and doing what he wants it to do. I sighed loudly getting up from my bed.
