:Hated and Loved: Lumine x Kody (KoMine)

Chapter 6

   

     Lumine woke before everyone else, and realized it was the next day before, what Kody would describe, hell. He saw Kody fast asleep and smiled.

He walked into the living room and sat on the couch. Lumine looked out the window and found a note, taped to the out of the window.

He got up , went outside, got the note and ran back inside, making sure to lock the door. Lumine opened the note.
   Dear Aiden,
You MUST keep an eye on Lumine and Kody. There is going to be an incident that could change their future or life...This is no joke...
    ~Lailah.
Lumine started to freak out and quickly ran to Aiden's room and knocked on the door. "A-aiden?"

Aiden and Sherry were fast asleep when a knock resounded on the door. "A-aiden?" The couple woke up and Aiden went to answer the door. "Lumine! What brings you here?" He lead Lumine in the room and sat him on the bed with Sherry.

"I'm not going to question why Sherry is in here and second, you got a letter and I opened it, but said something about me and Kody's future or lives probably...I got freaked out..." Sherry and Aiden shared a glance.

Aiden put a hand on Lumine's shoulder and looked him in the eye. "Lumine, you mustn't tell Kody about this. It was by Lailah. I knew her for quite awhile, like Elena. They both can tell the future, but Lailah has the more, depressing ones...You CANNOT tell Kody or else he'll freak out."

Lumine nodded. He still wondered why Sherry was in here. "Why's Sherry in here?" He didn't expect the reaction he got. Both Sherry and Aiden blushed madly. "Well that explains alot. I ship it!!" Lumine shouted merrily.

Lumine left the note and went back to Kody's room. When he got there, Kody was awake and in the corner of the room. "Kody?"
"Lumine!! There is a bug on the wall!!! I'm NOT going back to sleep!!" Lumine turned and saw a furry spider.

Lumine took Kody's hand and slowly left the room. Calmly, they sat on the couch with blank expressions on their faces. "Lumine. Let's go to your room tonight."
"Agreed. Also, Sherry and Aiden are dating."
"I KNEW  IT!!"

Everyone else woke up and Lumine decided to make breakfast! Kody decided to help his boyfriend!

Me: Kitties, I have to do this, I'll pet you later.
Cats: Knocks stuff down.
Me: FINE!!)
Kody battered the pancake mix while Lumine got out a couple of pans for eggs and pancakes. Lumine turned the oven on and cracked some eggs, poured the in the pan with a little milk, added onions, bell peppers, cheese and rice and started to make omelettes. Kody poured a little of the pancake batter in the other pan and shaped them, and waited. Slowly but surely, the pancakes formed.

Lumine and Kody put the food on plates and passed the out on the table. Lumine and Kody sat down an ate with everyone, not knowing about tomorrow. Aiden was making terrible jokes when Lumine said an iconic one. "Aiden, if you want to make a joke, then look in a mirror."

Aiden sulked in the corner of the room, growing mushrooms as Kody laughed. Suddenly, a window broke and they heard some shouting.

Aiden stood up and looked outside. He saw a large crowd of people yelling at them about being gay and loving the other species and other stuff that made no sense. "Excuse me, would be so kind and get off my property or else I'll take matters into my own hands." Aiden said, giving a menacingly, happy smile.

The people didn't comply. Instead, they went up to the front door and hit it. Aiden sent Sherry a look that meant 'pack-up-we-are-leaving-now'. Sherry nodded. "Everyone of Neptune headquarters, you are to pack up everything and to go outside and wait for Aiden's orders. Same with you Lumine and Kody."

Lumine finished packing his stuff and went to check on Kody. He saw Kody crying and finishing his packing. "Kody, it'll be okay." Lumine hugged Kody and both boys cried.

They walked outside with Aiden and the rest of the Neptune headquarters. Lumine remembered. "KODY!! OUR NECKLACES!!" Lumine ran inside the house, just as a car pulled into the backyard some how.

Lumine serched for his and Kody's necklaces and bingo! He ran out of he house just as Kody was entering the car, "Wait!!" He quickly ran and sat beside Kody and closed the door. Lumine saw Calla and Elijah glaring at them, evil smirks playing on their lips.

Lumine panted a little, glad he was able to get his and Kody's necklaces and get inside the car. "Lumine, Kody, I would like you to meet Lailah." The saw a woman white pure white hair, magenta eyes and she wore a small smile. "I've heard so much about you boys." She said, German accent seeping through.

They didn't say anything. The car fell silent as Lailah drove. She sighed and turned on a song. Kody immediately recognized the song. "Decent Black from Owarimonogatari! Right!!" Lailah smiled. "Yup!"

Kody lay his head on Lumine's shoulder and dozed off. Lumine started to doze off too. Lailah smiled at the two and pulled into a mansion. Everyone got out of car and Lailah carried Kody and Lumine because they were asleep. She carried them to a giant room with a king sized bed, red covers and midnight blue sheets.

Lailah set them down gently and left them to a peaceful slumber. She showed everyone else to their rooms and showed which room is which and the bathroom, kitchen, living room, game room etc.

Aiden put everything and went to his and Sherry's room. Sherry was reading a book when Aiden walked in. "Hey babe. How you doin?" They laughed, but it faded.

"So, it's really happening Aiden..."
"Yeah... I'm worried for them..."
Aiden and Sherry sat on their bed and Sherry broke down and cried. She calmed down an hour later.

Lailah finished preparing for dinner when she saw Lumine dash behind the kitchen door. "Lumine. I know you're there, is there anything you need?" Lumine crept out from behind the door nervously. "U-um? Are you my mom!?!" Lailah tried to hold her laugh, but failed miserably. "No silly! I was friends with your mom though. If you come to my office after dinner, then I'll tell you about her."

Lumien smiled as sat down. "EVERYONE!! DINNER IS READY!!" Lailah called. Slowly, everyone filed in the kitchen. Kody immediately sat beside Lumine.

Everyone talked, except for Lumine. But that's because he didn't know what they were talking about, he focussed on the food. It went quiet.

Lailha stood up and motioned for Lumine to follow her to her office. Lumine and Lailah sat on the couch.

Lumine was hugged by Lailah. "Lumine, your mom was..."
