Getting questioned by the police

Police: interview started at 11:00 am, please state your full name

Joe: Joesph Mark Tate

Police: so Mr can you tell me the reason why you were driving so fast

Joe: I wasn't driving

Police: but it was your car?

Joe: I was in the backseat with Debbie Dingle, Graham my butler he called the police

Police: and why would he do that?

Joe: because my Hotel room was broken into it was completely smashed

Police: so why not call the police straight away?

Joe: because I panicked, because I had to get Debbie to hospital

Police: why what was so urgent that you couldn't call the police, if your home had been trashed?

Joe: because she was shot!, because she was badly injured

Police: and you were on your way to the hospital correct?

Joe: correct

Police: so who was driving the car then

Joe: Debbie's dad

Police: which is Cain Dingle, is that correct

Joe: that's correct

Police: and he was speeding is that correct

Joe: yes, but he was only speeding because Debbie had been shot and she had lost a lot of blood

Police: Mr Tate did you see who had shot Ms Dingle?

Joe: no, I came back up from the lobby and I just found her lying there, and the room had been trashed

Police: and ms Dingle was on her own?

Joe: only a few minutes

Police: and you have no idea what happened in those few minutes that caused her to get shot?

Joe: no if I did I would tell you, I want them to be as caught as much as you do she could have been killed

Police: isn't it true that you and Ms Dingle have been involved in a romantic relationship?

Joe: I don't see how that's your business?

Police: just answer the question

Joe: yes, ok me and Debbie we were together

Police: and isn't it also true how just today your girlfriend and her family found who you really were

Joe: yes ok but it isn't how it sounds

Police: I think it's exactly how it sounds, you had been found out you didn't mean to shoot your girlfriend but you did and you covered your tracks

Joe: no!, I wouldn't do that

Police: so then who did!

Joe: I didn't see who it was. I told you I just found her lying on the floor!

Police: and can anyone witness this, can anyone say where a-bouts you were

Joe: yes Graham my butler

Police: that's everything for now Mr Tate, your free to go

Joe: I stand up, I didn't want this to happen I love her ok and I made mistakes just find who did this I walk out

Graham: Joe??

Joe: they let me go

Graham: what did they ask you?
