Graham: Joe?, are you sure this is a good idea

Joe: I look at him

Graham: your going to be in the same village as the dingles, once they find out you've bought this place

Joe: they'll be nothing that they can do

Graham: they could come in the night and kill you Joe

Joe: I laugh, oh come on there not going to do anything

Graham: and what about Debbie?, How's she going to feel?

Joe: I look at Graham, she doesn't want to see me

Graham: so why buy this house?

Joe: because my dad owned it, because I grew up here and I wanna come back to the village where I grew up

Graham: Debbie doesn't want to see you again?, so How is this going to work?

Joe: I'll get her back

Graham: you seem sure of yourself

Joe: she loves me, you can't deny love forever

Graham: ok say she does give into her feelings, what about her family?, they'll never let you be together

Joe: I love Debbie ok and I'm going to get her back, I don't care what her family thinks

Graham: well maybe you should

Joe: Meaning what exactly

Graham: meaning joe that your playing a very dangerous game here

Joe: you think I can't handle the dingles?

Graham: can you?

Joe: of course I can I've dealt with harder things

Graham: I thought you promised Debbie that you was going to leave her alone

Joe: I close my eyes, you know I can't do that

Graham: you know if you love someone then you'll let them go

Joe: I turn to face Graham, where'd you get that some romantic novel

Graham: does it matter where I got it from, no matter how much you love someone joe and you hurt them so badly sometimes it's the best to let go

Joe: never

Graham: there were girlfriends before Debbie, and you'll find someone again

Joe: your not listening to me Graham, none of them came close

Graham: Joe?

Joe: no your right, others will come along but none of them will be better then Debbie

Graham: I open the door of the car along with Joe's, so this place is yours then

Joe: I nod my head, I'll be an hour

Graham: are you sure you want me to leave you on your own

Joe: I'm sure I'll call when you want picking up

Graham: I nod my head, I climb back into the car and drive away

Joe: I stand looking at the massive estate looking around I remember everything about my childhood here, or my fake childhood where I would play on my own because my dad was too busy for me but we were happy here and I could be happy here again

Lawrence: it's Mr Tate isn't it?

Joe: I turn around to see an elderly looking big gentleman, it is you must be Mr White?

Lawrence: that's me, admiring your new home

Joe: I smirk, something like that

Lawerence: well come inside and toast your new home

Joe: it would be my pleasure, I walk up the gravel path and into the doors looking around

Lawrence: would you like a tour?

Joe: oh no they'll be no need

Lawrence: oh been here before have we?

Joe: you could say that

Chrissie:dad?, have you packed everything

Lawrence: yeah we're almost ready, don't worry

Chrissie: who's this?

Lawrence: oh this is Joesph Tate, he's the new owner of this place

Chrissie: it's lovely to meet you, I shake his hand

Joe: you too, I look around the place very grand isn't it

Chrissie: yes, when we bought it had been refurbished we didn't think it needed doing so we left it how it was

Lawrence: would you like a drink Mr Tate

Joe: yeah champagne if you have it

Lawrence: of course only the best for the new owner, I walk away

Chrissie: so what you doing buying this place then

Joe: I look at her, getting back to Home roots

Chrissie: you don't fancy having a drink do you?

Joe: and a chat as well I smirk

Chrissie: if you want, I'm sure we could find a topic

Joe: I chuckle, I'm sure we could

Ooooo what's Joe up too 😱😱😱
