Meanwhile, Ron and Blaise were sitting in their room, still feeling awkward about the incident on Christmas.

After a few moments of awkward silence, Ron finally spoke.

"Hey," he told his roommate. "I'm really sorry about what happened on Christmas."

"Why are you apologizing?" Blaise asked. "It wasn't even your fault."

"Yeah." Ron said. "I know. But I found out who did it. And that's why I'm apologizing.

"Who was it?" Blaise wondered.

"Fred and George." Ron admitted. "They told me themselves that they did it over the Holidays."

"But why would your older brothers do this?"

"They did it because they knew Draco and Harry were a couple." Ron explained. "And they could see that Hermione and Pansy liked each other. So they assumed that you and I liked each other in some way, shape, or form and decided to help us all break the ice."

"That's ridiculous." Blaise scoffed.

"I know right?" Ron agreed. "As if I would ever fall for my roommate."

Ron looked and saw that Blaise was a little uncomfortable with that statement.

"Wait." Ron said, eyeing Blaise suspiciously. "Would you ever fall for me?"

At this, Blaise decided that it was time to get ready for bed.

With a flick of his wand, Blaise was instantly ready for bed. He climbed into bed and turned over, pretending to sleep. There was absolutely no way he would answer that. Not now, at least. He didn't want to admit to Ron that he actually thought about it over break and decided that maybe it would be nice if the two of them were together. But, again, he would never admit that right now.

Ron just shrugged and got ready for the night as well.

"Night, Blaise." He called, crawling under his covers and turning over to go to sleep.
