Over here Annika speaks her story in her own words.. No flashback

Annika

" My mom Ruchika Mehta belonged from a rich family. My sperm donor Mr Ashok Malhotra was from a middle class family. He trapped mom in his love and forced her to run away from her arranged marriage , in result of which her parents disowned their only daughter . Papa thought if he made her run away from marriage and marry her, he will become sole heir of property but unfortunately his plan striked back at him . My mom after marriage came to know his true intentions, the reason why he showed love to her. She was hurted and broken. She felt guilty breaking her parents pride. Mom somehow escaped from him and lived a secluded life alone hiding from his gaze for 4 years but unfortunately he caught her and after that he used to beat her daily and had forceful sex with her in result of which he made her pregant. He was frustrated, he can't touch her anymore. My mom was relieved but she soon found out he had a illegal affair with some other women. Mom didn't know who she was, she felt bad for the women who falled into his trap. For months he didn't returned home, mom joined work to afford her daily expenses and for her baby. Soon she delivered me, neighbours helped mom to reach hospital at right time. Papa wasn't pleased when he came to know he had a daughter, he throwed tantrums over her for having a daughter. Mom ignored him or acted as a deaf, she worked hard and used to run the house. He used to snatch the half part of income from moms salary. Mom somehow used precautions and took injection continuously which won't make her pregant again

Annika takes a deep breath, she feels as if Shivaay will look at her with digusting glances but he had a sad smile on his face and encouraged her to continue story.

Annika - That bastard he was not only trapping my mom, he trapped my mom's cousin sister Jhanvi after he married mom. He made a fake sad story in front of her and gained sympathy from her. Soon Jhanvi aunty fall in his fake tactics . She started an illegal affair with dad ,He thought he will jeopardize her property in name of love but she declined and asked him to divorce mom and marry her . He made her pregant but refused to marry her and left her alone .Her parents was so ashamed of her deeds, they committed suicide to safeguard themselves against society's insult . Jhanvi aunty couldn't abort the child as she has no one in this world and she wanted someone on her life to claim as her own. Jhanvi aunty left to London, over there she gave birth to arnav bhai. She came to India after 9 years. One day mom and Jhanvi aunty run into each other in some mall. Mom was so upset when she came to know about it , at that time I was 4year old and arnav bhai was 8 years old. Mom was heartbroken, she was shattered, that bastard not only spoiled her life but also spoiled his sisters life and took her uncle and aunt lives. That day when papa came home ,mom shouted at him. They both had a huge fight ,he was furious and he

Annika bursted into tears. She was wiping her tears away from cheeks but it was falling continously. Shivaay hugged her tightly ,her face was in his chest while he was cooing her. After some time Annika relaxed.

Annika - He killed my mother. He killed her. He took my mom away from me. He took her away. I was alone. I was alone. He made me do all chores, he was sadistic who loved hurting me. He beated me, he burned my skin, he sometimes poured hot water on my skin sometimes.

Annika was choking on her breath and was crying. Shivaay was heartbroken hearing her story. He was about to speak when Annika silenced him by keeping her fingers on her lips.

Annika - Let me complete Shivaay, one day he tried to sold me in human trafficking. When I tried to escape him, he stabbed me but somehow I escaped from clutches and reached in hands of arnav bhai who saved me from him and who put that bastard in jail. It was my destiny to be saved by my brother, who would have thought on that night in that secluded alley he would be there. After saving me he told me I am his step sister as well his cousin sister. I was overwhelmed, I got a family. I totally started to forget about my past and started making new memories, I found out mallika as my other cousin sister, later I went to USA for treatment of my skin ,it was a course for about 6 months. I completed my senior high school from there. Mom and bhai used to come and meet me in every month. Everything was alright until bhai changed suddenly and called me slut

Annika sobbed, closing her eyes, remembering about the words arnav said, it still pierces her heart. Shivaay was confused why would arnav will say such a word to her, he felt something is fishy and arnav is hiding from everyone.

Annika - My aru hates me. He hates me.

Shivaay - No Annika he will never hate you. He loves you. He is hiding something from you.

Annika hummed in response but still she was crying mess and slowly she drifted into sleep due to her tiredness ,in hugging position. Shivaay senses Annika's breathing is calm and notices she is sleeping. He picks her up in bridal style and brings her in room ,makes her lay in bed . He covers her with comforter. He kisses on her forehead.

Shivaay - Annika I won't leave you alone. I will be with you always. You had a terrible past Annika but your future willl be filled with happiness. I will remove all differences between you and arnav. I am sure he is hiding something from you and I will find it out soon.
