•3 Months Later•

"I'm really nervous." I said, sitting down on my stool, allowing Makayla to do my make-up.

"Don't be nervous, you'll do fine." She said, putting on some eye shadow.

"What if I trip?" I asked her, imagining tripping in front of everyone.

"You won't trip, just walk slowly and smile." She reassured, putting on the lipstick.

"How do you know all this stuff about weddings?" I questioned.

"I don't know, but I was in a few when I was little." She shrugged while applying blush on my cheeks.

"Are you done yet?" I asked, looking in the mirror.

"Yep!" She walked away from me and did her own make-up. "Where are you guys going for a honeymoon?" She asked me, while fixing her hair.

"Jai said it was a surprise." I remembered, showing no enthusiasm at all.

"Well, I am going to go see Brent. I'll be here right before the wedding starts." She walked out, leaving me in my thoughts.

So here's what happened in three months; Jai and I have chosen who we want to be our bridesmaids and groomsmen, and the maid of honor and the best man. I decorated this whole wedding, planned it all out. Brent and Makayla are still together, they are both now 17 years old. Luke and Malaycia will probably get married soon, Beau and Jennifer; I don't know about them.

And now here I am, 3 months later at my very own wedding. My mum and dad are here, other friends and family. Jai's other friends and family, his mum and dad. I'm just really nervous. I was torn out of my thoughts when the door opened.

"Hi Mack, are you ready?" Malaycia asked me, fixing her bridesmaids dress.

"It's time?" I asked very uneasy.

"Yes." Makayla also fixed up her bridesmaids dress.

"There's my wedding girl." My father came in the room, linking arms with me. "Ready?"

"Yes." The music started and I walked steady and slowly, making sure I don't trip at all, and keeping a big smile on my face.

We stopped at the doors, the little flower girl going first, then my best friends at the bridesmaids, and then my mother as the maid of honor....then me. I held my flowers close to my body, keeping that smile on my face, walking slowly and steady. I looked up and saw Jai smiling at me, I smiled back and looked at the ground. Soon, I was standing right before him.

"Hey babe." He whispered.

"Hey baby." I whispered back.

"You look amazing in that dress." He told me.

"Thanks, you don't look to bad yourself." We both silently laughed and then focused on what the preacher was saying.

"...Do you, Mackenzie, take this young man to be your husband? To love and to hold, through sickness and health?" Everybody looked at me.

"Yes, I do." I smiled and looked at my best friends, they were all looking at their boyfriends and their boyfriends were all looking at them.

"I do." Jai finally said.

"Then, with that, I pronounce you to be husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." The preacher said.

I gave my mum my flowers as Jai dipped me and kissed me passionately.

This is a day I will never ever forget...
