i have always admired the rain.
the way it falls sideways with
a gentle pushing wind.
in ways it can twistingly resemble pain.but to me it also resembles fire.
her bright red hair drenched in the rain
and her wide eyes full of desire.i always watched her standing there.
me loving the sight of her staring up at the sky
and her loving the curls in my hair.but i knew that what i wanted was more than i could ask.
so i always stood there like an idiot in the day
and by night i rightly clutched my tired flask.i tried drinking my feelings away.
because i knew she would never feel the same.
but oddly my heart pulled for the feelings to stay.i was confused and dazed.
she would never like me and that was common sense.
so why did those icy eyes always make my heart crazed?one day i knew i would get too close.
i would push my luck and lean in too far.
but i wouldn't care. my heart had taken too many blows.i have to end this one way or another.
i'm catching feelings for this girl;
my best friend.
i have to end it before i smother.so i didn't think as i pressed my lips to hers..
standing there in the rain with my arms around her.
it was just the beginning of
our love story blur.
