Diddy's party was in a couple of hours and I had just showered and washed my hair. I was feeling very pregnant today, I didn't know why, but I was thankful that I was wearing a loose fitting top. Since I was a naturally slim girl, my bump was starting to show if I wore tighter tops and it made me so fucking excited to be a mom, I still hadn't quite wrapped my head around it. Halfway through doing my makeup, Kells walked in, looking all handsome for the party.
"You don't need makeup,"
"That is such a cliché line, Colson Baker," I told him whilst contouring
"Woah someone's feeling judgmental today," Kells walked towards me and put his arms round my neck
"My little bump is showing now," I told him. I loved how Kells turned from the most feared guy in Cleveland to the softest little squish as soon as we talked about our kid
"What? Aw I wanna see," He said, like a kid wanting to see an animal at the zoo. I flattened out the fabric around my stomach and his eyes lit up. He put his hands on my stomach "Our kid,"
"I'm your kid!" Casie shouted from the other room, making us laugh
"Cas come here," Kells said. We heard her footsteps across the landing and she walked in "Come feel the baby,"
She walked over and Kells removed his hands to make room for hers "It's really small. How long until you have it?" She asked me
"A very long time. You'll be eight by the time it's here,"
"Ugh that's so long! How do you make it quicker?" This child was absolutely hilarious
"It doesn't go quicker, you just gotta wait it out," I explained
"Yeah," Kells kissed me on the cheek "Wait it out,"The warehouse was unrecognisable. It had changed from a musky, old, rundown place for photoshoots to an incredible rustic party place. The stage lights that I didn't even notice were dimmed, and music was playing loud, the baseline making the whole place shake. When we walked through the door, Diddy came and greeted us. He did some kind of weird man shake thing with Kells and gave me a hug.
"There's some drinks over there and waiters are coming out with canapés soon, so go knock yourself out,"
"Dope. Thanks man," Kells said. He took my hand and lead me through the crowd to the food table. I wasn't expecting it to be this busy but I guessed Diddy probably invited loads of people. I saw Sian and signalled for her to come over.
"Kells, this is Sian. Sian this is my boyfriend Kells,"
"Fiancé," He corrected me
"My fiancé," I said, taking his hand. He gave me a reassuring squeeze.
"Hey, it's good to meet you. You impregnated her right?" Sian said
"Sian!" I gave her a look
Kells laughed "Yeah I did,"
At that moment, Dani care gliding towards us with none other than my own brother
"Zack? What?" I was so confused
"Wait do you two know each other?" Dani asked
"She's my sister,"
"No way! Small world, huh?"
I tried to giggle "Yeah,"We'd been at the party for a few hours, before deciding to head off. The line was dropping tomorrow at 8am, so I figured I would text Diddy and congratulate him then. We didn't see him as we were heading out, but I said bye to the girls and we left. As we got into the car I sighed
"What is it?"
"I want our wedding to be tomorrow,"
"I mean we can go down to the town house and sign marriage papers tomorrow but I know you want that perfect wedding,"
"I don't care about a perfect wedding. I just want us to be married,"
"Are you sure?" Kells asked me. It was so sweet that he wanted to make sure I was okay with missing out on the big wedding day
"Yes. I just love you and I want to be with you,"
"Well then tomorrow we're getting married,"
