A/N: so it's past midnight and I got this sudden urge to update so here it is..

"Good morning" Lydia whispers as she turns to face me.

"Wait.. You're awake earlier?"

"Who says I slept?" She says followed by a quiet giggle.

"Maybe your snores?" I say trying to hold in a laugh incase she was mad.

"Oh shut up!" She says laughing as she lightly punches my arm.

She has a habit with punching my arm, don't get me wrong it's cute but I'm just extremely glad she's not the type of girl that has a habit of punching me in the balls.

Lydia begins to come closer to cuddle with me but as much as I would like to stay here I have work.

"Honey I have to get ready."

She groans and turns to face the other side of the room.

I walk over to my closet and grab my uniform.

When I am ready for work I walk over to face Lydia, she's asleep.

"I love you." I whisper and then kiss her on the forehead.

"I love you too." She mumbles.

---

I was debating with myself wether I should go to work or not, I need to work outside by discovering the undiscovered.

While thinking I realised I had drove outside of the station.

I walked inside to make sure all men were on their shifts, I told Amanda (the receptionist) that I will be working out for the day and if there was any problems only call me if it was necessary.

I walked back to my car and drove to the forest, it may have been dark when Scott drove me out here but I knew where I was then so I remembered.

Finding the place where the dead body of the girl was last, it was definitely harder but it was possible.

She was behind a large tree.

I looked around and it occurred to me that ever tree in this forest has a large trunk.

I finally remembered the sound of a small river flowing and a large tree behind it.

I walked around the forest but I knew I was close when I could smell death.

I began to hear the river and I followed it.

The smell got stronger as I continued walking.

I found it.

The girls body was removed but there lay a man, middle-aged man.

It wasn't as grotesque as the girl the last time but the smell was so strong.

I could feel myself beginning to gag as I moved closer to examine the body.

Before I knew it puke was coming up my throat, I turned to the side and it all came out splashing on the tips of my feet.

I backed away from the body and took out the phone.

I dialled Scott's number hoping I don't disrupt him.

"Hello?" Scott says in a lazy voice.

"I need you here." I say sounding panicked.

It was then I heard a branch break.

"Hello?" I shout into the empty forest and I echo.

"Stiles, what's wrong?" Scott asks.

"You know that body of the young girl?"

"Yeah? It's gone."

"Well she may be gone but he isn't, there's a new body here please Scott can you meet me here?"

"I'm on my way."

Scott hung up most likely to get ready because he definitely wasn't already on his way.

I placed my phone in my back pocket and looked around the forest again.

I'm not alone, I know someone else is here I just don't know who. Or maybe I do.

I walked back to my jeep and sat in the front seat waiting.

It took Scott ten minutes to get here but it's better than not coming at all.

"It's over there." I say as i jumps out of my jeep and point in the direction of the body.

We walked over in the direction of the corpse but I didn't want to get too close this time so instead I kept my distance.

"How long do you reckon he's been dead?" I asked Scott hoping he could be a detective with super powers.

"He smells fresh."

"Seriously? Do I smell fresh? 'Cause I'm pretty sure he smells dead."

"Yes, he's dead but he hasn't been for long."

"Okay well who will we call to deal with this?" I ask Scott.

"Don't you have any ideas?"

"Well considering that I called you first, no I don't know who to call because if I call my men this will lead to more suspicion and we can't deal with that right now."

"Il take him with me."

"Scott, you're joking right?"

Scott walks over to the body and throws it over his shoulders.

I feel like I'm about to get sick.

"WellokayIgottago." I say as I turn to run back to the jeep.

I drive home hoping Lydia will be awake.

The drive was longer than I expected but when I step inside I could smell pancakes.

"Save any for me?" I ask as I sneak up behind her and place my hands on her waist.

"You're home." She says smiling as she turns to face me.

I lean in and our mouths meet half way. She is such a good kisser, I can never get enough.
