Lydia knows that there is something going on that he is not telling her about. Something between him and Malia.

He's been so secretive lately.

She has a plan.

She's going to win him over by being so nice to him and not letting him fully out of her sight, maybe it's what needs to be done or maybe she needs to show that her and Malia are friends.

Hmmmm.

"Oh honey is it okay if tomorrow night we invite some friends over for dinner?" Lydia says to him trying to cover up her plan.

"I guess so, we have to go to the game tonight coaches orders." Stiles sighs knowing he can't skip it.

"Il text Malia now to let her know or are you going to see her anytime soon again to let her know?" Stiles gives a cautious look at first not knowing what to reply.

"You can go ahead and text her, I doubt il be seeing her until she has another problem."

"That's every single day" Lydia murmurs to herself thinking he won't hear but he does.

She walks out the door to call Malia instead of text.

"Hi Malia it's Lydia!" She says in a chirpy voice to cover the hatred within.

"Uhm hi?" Malia didn't bother to cover it up.

"So me and Stiles are having a barbecue tomorrow night and you are invited along, bring a date!"

"I won't be able to have a date."

"Why?"

"I'm just not seeing anyone right now."

"I have the perfect idea, I know someone who would love to meet you."

Malia sighs "Fine il be there, what time though?"

"Seven o'clock"

Lydia hangs up the phone and holds it up to her chest, smiling.

She walks back into Stiles with a devious look on her face.

"So I'm going to call my cousin, David to come over for a barbecue tomorrow night, is that okay with you?"

Stiles doesn't look very impressed. "Fine." He finally manages to say.

"What's wrong?" Lydia asks as she walks over to put her hands on his shoulders.

"I'm just really tired and with the game tonight I am not really looking forward to tomorrow but if it's what you want okay then."

"Stiles it's one night, Malia and David will be there along with Scott and Kira, if Isaac decides to tag along he better bring a date. I might call him right now."

Lydia walks out side the room again and dials Isaac's number on her phone. She remembers it off by heart because of Allison.

"Hello?" Isaac says unsure wether she meant to call him or not.

"Hi, what are you doing tomorrow night?" Lydia asks him.

"Nothing really I guess, why?"

"Oh me and Stiles are having a barbecue I've already invited Malia, if your coming you better have a date."

"Oh I will. Malia? You invited Malia" Isaac let's out a laugh.

"Well I invited you too, didn't I?"

"True.." Isaac's laugh has disappeared.

"Well il see you tomorrow at seven" Lydia finally says before hanging up the phone.

She doesn't give him a second to reply.

"I wonder who he is going to bring" she says to herself outloud.

She walks back into Stiles' office and he looks very tired. In this lighting she can see his dark circles under his eyes.

'I thought he was sleeping fine.' She thinks to her self.

"I'm going to head out for some shopping, what time will you be home at?"

"Around six but the match is at half six so you better be ready, you take like two hours!" There is a small laugh shared between them until Lydia waves goodbye and walks out of the door again.
