----------
It's been a few months since I've been here, will my family ever worry about me? Try to find me? Did they even care? I sighed, earning a few looks from Ace herself. She rose a brow, as if asking me to tell her what is in my mind right now. "J-Just my family, I was just t-thinking about them. Asking myself if they cared enough to go look for me." I muttered out the last parts but I knew she heard it.
It's been a long time and Ace hasn't even talked to us like a normal person, Amber and Gabe had been really close. They would talk and share a few things about each other, they were closer now unlike before. I also learned that, Gabe is a caring, fierce and kind person. But her past really messed her up, like all of us in here. Amber is childish, upbeat and cheerful, but when a family is mentioned she gets a bit triggered but never harms anyone. Ace? She's mute as always, but I knew she is warming up to us. Ace is really mysterious, but she's kind and tries to help us everyday. She would fight off any guards that would bully Gabe, and scare away that creepy guy that wanted to talk to Amber and she kept me company while I was always thinking about my family, and girlfriend. She would rub my shoulders as if telling me to forget the past and be in the future, I would always feel better afterwards.

Night time was a time for us. We would walk out of our room and sneak towards the garden, it always have been since that day Gabe was so worried about Ace and Amber leaving the cell room, it was fun and adrenalin pumped through me because of all the excitement I have felt during sneaking around the asylum. We even accidentally walked inside the kitchen, we took the cookie jar. Because why not? So we had snacks during our time at the garden area, but this time was not like no other.... it was fearsome.

A guard opened the door and saw us, he had this evil glare on his eyes and just smirked. "Look what we have here, Patient Ace, Gabe, Amber and Axel. Can't wait to report this tomorrow, you are in so much trouble. Now GO TO YOUR ROOM!" He yells before we all scurried out of the room and ran to our own room, that was a scary experience and now we were screwed...

----------------------------------------

Morning came, I had never been so anxious in my entire life. I didn't even get any sleep, but that was least of my concerns. What are they going to do to us? Never the less, to the one who influenced us to go out in the first place? I looked at Ace and she doesn't look to fazed over it.
I felt my palms go cold and sweaty, so I had to rub them on my shirt too many times. The room grew quiet when we entered the cafeteria, my heart stopped beating for a moment there. It was so nerve wrecking.

"So." A woman's voice spoke up, her sneer giving me the creeps. "Who told you that you could go out? Which one of you found out the door was opened?" I gulped, I looked up to meet the lady in the eyes but what caught me more was Amber trying to move forward but I pushed her back and walked forward. I swallowed all my fear and locked eyes with the woman. "I-It was me, I-I influenced us to go o-outside. You have me, now what are you gonna do about it?" I felt brave for once, I felt okay now. "Well, I'll think about a better punishment for you and your friends will be sent to their room without breakfast or Lunch." The woman nodded and a few guards took my friends away, they didn't struggle for they knew what was coming. But Gabe broke free from one of the guys.
"YOU CAN'T JUST DO THAT TO AXEL, LET US ALL JUST HAVE NO BREAKFAST AND LUNCH. YOU ARE UNFAIR!" She yells, I looked at her with wide eyes and just mouthed for her to let it go and walk away. She hesitated but she did anyways, the scene made every patient in the asylum look at us strangely. I hung my head low when the cafeteria doors opened and closed, indicating my friends were already sent away. I took all my courage with me just to look at the woman again, she glared at me our eyes locking.
