My name is Alyssa. Currently, I'm in high school, and this is my senior year. I'm also a major time NERD. I only have one close friend, Alice, but it's good enough for me. I have brown eyes, brown hair , and my body shape is ruler straight. I have a lot of flaws, I know, but nobody is perfect. Right?

But here's the catch...I am DEAF. Yeah that's right. Will I ever find my fairy tale? If you ask me, hell to the no. I mean, which person with sense would love me? I have nothing, and I am deaf.

I'm Josh. I'm what you would call a baddie, in my previous school. In terms of looks, money, and power, I'm the guy you should look to. I have done too many pranks, got too many detentions, received too many warnings, and played hookie too many times. Name it; I've got, and done it! I had to change to my brother's school because I became BLIND. People think this will finally get me to settle down a bit, and focus on my life. Ha, right! If they think I'm gonna change, then they really don't know me.

A soldier's life is what Liberty Hamilton has never wanted. Her father and brothers are all high ranking enlisted positions in the United States Marine Corps while she is a twenty-three old inspiring history teacher. Growing up her life has always been involved around the deceit of government and the corruption of the world. While her brother and father live on a military base in Cherry Hill North Carolina, she lives twenty minutes away trying to escape the military life she was forced to live. Never knowing a mothers touch, Liberty was forced to grow up around the harsh environments of brash men and the military base. Now entering the age of adulthood, Liberty is face with an ultimate decision. American is under the possible threat of another World War and Liberty's expertise in languages and historical knowledge can help save her family. Going through many trials to save her family and country, Liberty will be faced with the biggest decision of them all and that is to look into the death of her brother Trenton. As time progresses only Liberty can make the decision to help or to back down from the Nation. Through the deaths of all of the fallen, Liberty will find out what exactly the extent of her patriotism is.
