Aurora is put through rigorous experiments in the group's small hidden laboratory, where she also begins to bond with her crazed kidnappers. They plan to escape the walled and dangerous city before time runs out and they lose themselves completely. A tale of love, loss, lies and death.

An unnamed girl has loved from a distance for a long time, and she's finding out sometimes that can hurt. Her pessimism is setting in and affecting friendships and potential relationships. She's beginning to hide more than just her big secret, but who else is hiding, too?
