The Secret

Yuzu's POV

It has been around 3 years since I saw (Y/N). I promised that I will be back when she graduates, I wonder if she has graduated yet. I can't believe that I was appointed to this position. Oh well, after this, I won't have to be the right hand in command anymore, I will be free and then I can come back to (Y/N).

One day (on 11th of August 1945) while I was walking around the woods, I heard a loud commotion around the camp area. So, I decided to check what was going on.

"Good morning everyone. What's with all the commotion?" I ask while patting some of the soldiers' shoulder

"Oh, good morning sir. Didn't you hear the news? Nagasaki and Hiroshima was bombed. There are hardly any survivors." Says one of the soldier

"That's right sir, we must hurry and finish our business here in Indonesia so that we can go back and help rebuilt those 2 cities" says the other soldier

The moment I heard that Nagasaki and Hiroshima was bombed, the only thing that was on my mind was (Y/N). Is she alright? Did she get hurt? Is she alive?! But before I could worry more about her, I was suddenly called to see the general.

"Excuse me sir, but the general wants to see you" says a soldier that just came

"Alright then, excuse me gentlemen" I said while getting up from the ground and headed towards the general's tent

As I was walking towards the tent, all that I could think of was still (Y/N). Like, is she alright? Is she alive? Will I ever see her again? And then without realizing, I was already inside of the general's tent

In the tent I saw the general, 2 soldiers holding a girl's wrist. When the girl turned around I was so shocked to see that it was (Y/N). What is she doing here? Not only that, why is she being held like a prisoner

"Ah Yuzuru, you finally came. At first I wanted to ask you to deliver this paperwork to each leader of the groups we divided. But apparently, these 2 soldiers found this girl in the woods and she's quite impressive. She could speak 2 languages and she's also pretty strong. So, your job is to train her just like you trained your assistant, Shoma" said the General

"Of course sir, I will train her as best as I could, I will even ask Shoma to help her out" I said while looking at (Y/N)

"What the hell?! There is no way..." said (Y/N). But before she could finish her sentence, I grabbed her and then I pushed her onto the table

"Forgive me" I thought in my head

"You will not talk back to your elder. Personally, I think that the best way to teach discipline is by pain" I said while still holding (Y/N) down onto the table

"That's enough Yuzuru, now you better start training her" said the general

"Yes sir, excuse us" I said while grabbing (Y/N) and pulled her out of the tent

I pulled (Y/N) while covering her mouth so that she wouldn't say anything about the 2 of us knowing each other deeper into the forest. Once I feel that we were completely alone and far enough from everyone else I pinned her against the tree and started to uncover her mouth

"Now, if I let my hand go, you have to promise not to scream. I promise that I will tell you everything that you want to know." I said while uncovering (Y/N)'s mouth

But right after I uncover her mouth and let go of my grip I was welcomed with a slap on my left cheek.
