It's (not) Over

Yuzu's POV (After the fight with Y/N)

After a few minutes since (Y/N) left, I finally realised what I've done. I just ruined my one chance on getting things straight with (Y/N) but my jealousy took over and I ruined everything. I have to go find her, she couldn't have gone far.

I gathered all of my things and went looking for her. I didn't care if I don't get any sleep as long as I know that she is save. I kept walking until I stumble upon a town. It seems as if no one is awake but suddenly I heard some fighting sounds. I quickly followed the sounds and hid behind a wall to see what was going on.

Turns out, it was (Y/N). She defended herself, a woman, and a kid from a Japanese soldier. Then the woman and kid took her to their house. I followed them, making sure that they don't notice me. I just want to make sure that she's safe. Once she's safe, I finally returned back to the base.

Ever since that day, I decided to spy on her. Just to make sure that she's unharmed by anyone. But with every day passing, I see her getting stronger and loved by the people around her. She taught everyone in her town how to defend themselves from any attacks. Whether it'd be a physical attack nor a gun attack.

A few days has passed and so has the war. The world war II has finally come to an end and Indonesia is finally free. At one point, I'm actually glad that Indonesia is free. Because this means that (Y/N) will be safe, forever. But at another, I feel a bit sad. Because this means that she won't need me anymore. She's finally safe and has people that love her.

Before I finally leave her, I wrote her a letter and placed it on a table beside her bed. Then, I finally left. This is one of the hardest things I've done. But I know that it's for the best.

Once I finally arrived back at the base, I started to pack my things. Once I finished pack my things. I put them where everyone is waiting for the ride. But since it'll be quite a while before our ride arrives, I decided to walk around the woods, one last time.

As I was walking around the woods, I started to remember all the memories I had with (Y/N). Like the first time we met was also in the woods. The first time I was jealous of Shoma was also in the woods. Just when a tear started to drip from my eye, I heard someone calling out my name. And the voice sounds like...(Y/N)-chan!!! I immediately followed the voice, deeper into the woods. But suddenly the voice is gone.

"(Y/N)-chan!! Where are you?!" I shouted

But there was no answer. Suddenly, I heard a rustling from the bushes. I walked closer towards the rustling noise while calling out (Y/N)-chan's name. Suddenly someone unexpected came out

"Not exactly" said a familiar sound

"Shoma?! Is that you?!" I asked

"Yeah, it's me Yuzu. Were you looking for someone?" Shoma replied while coming out from the bushes

"Oh, yeah I was. Btw, why are you here? Aren't you supposed to be back where the others are??" I asked

"I was looking for someone as well. Actually, I believe that we were looking for the same person" Shoma said while walking towards me

"Do you even know who I was looking for??" I asked while looking around

"I might have a clue" Shoma said while taking out a necklace from his pocket

When I saw the necklace that he took out, I quickly recognized that it was the same necklace that I gave (Y/N) around 3 years ago, before I left. I immediately pushed Shoma to a tree and pinned him

"WHAT DID YOU DO?! WHERE IS SHE?!" I shouted

"Heh, relax. She's safe, for now..." Shoma said, smirking

Ok, this is the last straw. I couldn't contain myself and I immediately punched Shoma until he fell down and there was blood dripping from his nose

"I ASKED YOU ONE MORE TIME. WHERE IS SHE?!?!" I shouted while looking down on him

But then I saw a few people coming out from the bushes. And they were all in a combat position as if they were ready to fight

"Well, if you want to see her so badly, then. Fight for it" Shoma said while getting up and signalling the men to fight me

Luckily, I was already in the mood to hurt someone. One by one, I knocked out all of the men that Shoma sent to fight me. Once I knocked out the last men, I walk towards Shoma and challenge him.

"Can't do your own dirty work, Uno?!" I said, challenging him

"Heh, I could, but not right now" Shoma said, smirking while walking back into the woods

When I saw him smirk and then walking back into the woods, I immediately became cautious and followed him. Considering he kidnapped (Y/N), brought lots of men to fight me, he probably has another trick up his sleeve. But I couldn't figure out what it was.

I followed Shoma up until I was in the middle of the forest because I saw what seems to be (Y/N) tied up and unconscious on the ground. I immediately went straight to (Y/N) to make sure if she was alive. Luckily, she's still breathing. I then tried to wake her up but it didn't work.

I then attempted to carry (Y/N) but before I even carried (Y/N), I felt something sharp being stabbed to the back of my neck. Immediately, my whole body felt numbed and I fell down but then someone, whispered to my ear

"Sweet dreams, Yuzuru Hanyu. Don't worry, you'll see your precious (Y/N) again because the war isn't over yet" said Shoma closely to my ear

And just like that, Iblacked out
