Chapter-3 the night shift

Now that two of the members were in infirmary room. The others were at the fear of getting attacked, but they had been given orders from above that they had to continue their work. The funniest member in the crew was ajay. He had a great way with humor. He always puts his word in such a manner that he made everyone laugh.

On the next day while everyone was working overnight due to the extra load of Suresh and diya, Ajay was doing analysis of the skeletons.

"This is a long night and the work is just piling up", said nick

"Hey! No need to get frustrated, Suresh and diya were attacked by someone, so just calm down and do the job", said ajay.

"Yeah and your enjoying late night work", nick commented bitterly.

"It gives me time to joke with you guys, let me tell you a joke", said ajay

He was about to tell the joke when he was interrupted by a guard.

"Sir you must see this", said the guard.

Everyone ran in hurry with the guard. When they reached at the kitchen they saw a dead body of woman. Everyone was shocked by seeing the dead body. The girls just ran away, guards were in fear of going into the kitchen. Only Mr. Rameshwar was in the kitchen. Ajay and Josh went into the kitchen; nick and Suresh calmed the guards, and the ladies.

"What happened here?" asked ajay

"I don't know, I was in the security room and suddenly we saw her fallen on the ground, so we ran to see what happened and we found this", explained Mr. Rameshwar.

The body was lying on the floor the back facing upside. Blood was everywhere in around the body. Josh was examining the body.

"We must call the police immediately", said one of the guards.

"Yes, we must call the cops josh, it is the best idea", said nick to Josh.

"Mr. Rameshwar do you thing we should call the cops", said josh still examining the body.

"Yes sir it is for the best", said Mr. Rameshwar

"I mean that the attack on diya and Suresh and now this murder something is off", said Josh.

"Sir I think that we must call the police", said Mr. Rameshwar.

"Ok. Now one of you guards call the police, everyone move on one side, ladies go to the next room and five to six guards go with them and guard the room. I, nick, Josh and Mr. Rameshwar with guards will wait for police to arrive. Let's move everybody. ", said Ajay. Everyone started moving.

"How do you thing can do this." asked nick.

"I don't understand first Suresh then diya and now this. I think we are going to be in great trouble." said ajay.

"The doubt that is coming to my mind is why that woman came into the kitchen this late at night", nick asked in confusion.

"Mr. Rameshwar I think we must see the CCTV footage at least we can what happened", said Josh responsibly.

"Yes we can see the footage", agreed Mr. Rameshwar.

They left for the security room. They reached the room. Mr. Rameshwar ordered the guard to show the footage during the time from 2:30 to 3:00 of the kitchen. The guard tapped the buttons and raised the finger towards the upper right corner of the screen. They saw her walking into the kitchen moving towards the pot filled with water, she was drinking and suddenly from behind a pot rose in air and smashed in her head she fell down and the blood spilled around.

"What just happened, I don't understand, the pot just rose and made a hit in her head", said ajay in a shocking tone. Seeing this everyone was in a shock.

"Sir there is no signal coming, I cannot contact the police", said one guard

"Now what we just sit here till morning", asked nick,

"We don't have other choice", said josh, "we will wait for sunrise".

"This is going to be a long night", expressed ajay.

"Now we will make groups of two people", said josh, "Ajay and nick will go together and Suresh and I will go together".

"I and nick will check upstairs and you both should check on girls", said ajay.

"It's a good idea", said Suresh

"Let's go upstairs, we will see if someone is present there", said Ajay

"Guys be careful, there is a murderer on loose", said josh.
