I really hope you will like it because it isn't futbol based, if you know what I mean. It is something like Midnight Nation. Actiony and more interesting. Hope you guys will enjoy both this one and the other one that is still in the planning processes. (still no name lol) . The song that she was singing in the story is on the side. Paige thankfully took Aspen after daycare for a day with her and Benjamin so that Belle could wallow in her own sorrow. She has the been face on everything lately. Magazine covers, talk shows, you name it. Everything that exploits gossipt, she's there. The bad part is, no matter what, she will always be in the negative spotlight. Whether her and Neymar are in a relationship or as just friends, she will be scrutinized with every action she decides to take.
Neymar called numerous times to which was sent directly to voice mail. After their talk early that morning, after their connectivity after their time when they made glorious love, he still decided to lie. It wasn't a white lie either. What left Belle completely and utterly distraught is that if she had simply told her this from the beginning, she would have gotten over it. Based on tabloids, his son is about the same age as Aspen, they could have had a play date together.
But even though there were possible ways that it could have all worked out and have been grand and dandy but she had to use that fact that Neymar kept a big part from her.
Of course, it wasn't her business to know who the woman was. Frankly, she could have cared less.
" & Don't take this personal. You're the worst you know what you've done to me." Belle rolled her eyes at her phone. "And all though it hurts, I know. I just can't keep running away." The ring tone she set for Neymar seemed to fit her mood and situation perfectly. "I don't need you, I don't need you but I want you."
Silently, she cursed herself for having the full version on her phone and set it with his picture. She tapped the song and let the song and her emotions play.
"Don't take it personal." Belle began to sing a long, louder and angrier. "But you ain't sh*t and you weren't special til I made you so!" Angry tears ran down her face. "You better act like you know!"
"I don't need you but I love you." Another voice sang from behind her. Belle whipped her face quickly before looking over at her best friend Maris standing by the back door. She held up her hand that held her cell phone, "I got your double 9-1-1 text." Behind her back, she could see bags of Ben and Jerry's ice cream and another bag of old movies.
Without saying a word, Belle ran into the arms of her best friend once she put the bags on the table. Heavy sobs escaped her mouth and salty tears soaked the bony shoulder of Maris. Maris ran her hands through her hair and noticed the loose strands that landed on her fingers. "You shouldn't be going through this." She pulled Belle off so that she was able to look at her misty eyes. "Belle, you are sick."
Belle grimaced at the word "sick". With all the medicines that she were being pumped with along with the medical cannabis that she was inhaling on the daily basis, she hadn't felt that bad. Sure there was the occasional dizzy spells, or flashes, but she was doing much better than before.
"I'm fine." Belle sniffed.
"When are they going to take it out? Then you will be fine, right?" Maris had hopeful eyes, making Belle smile back.
