My watch portrayed 05:30 as the front door was banged shut. My father had left for work. I sighed in relief, I now had the entire day to myself and I could be in the rest of the house as well now with my father gone.

I sighed and stood up, I knew I couldn't sleep anymore. So why stay in bed. I quickly undressed and tossed my pajamas on my bed before reaching for my jeans. They slid on perfectly. I was now only standing in a bra and jeans while I searched my entire closet for a blouse. At last I found one, and it was the red one, one of my favorites. The shirt had long sleeves and was a tight fit. I took it on and closed my jeans as well.

"Done!" I chuckled and walked to my bathroom, to finish my routine. I considered myself lucky that I had one of my own. When finished I returned to the door. I reached for the lock and it clicked before I slowly opened the door again. I stood still for a couple of minutes before walking outside.

Everything was quiet, the sun had only just broken through the morning sky. I smiled and walked to the kitchen. I ate quickly before walking into the living room, which was a mess. Empty beer cans, whiskey bottles laid spread across the room. I shook my head and turned from the truly revolting sight. I quickly walked back to my own room to open a window for a few moments and gather some stuff. Optimus had said he would be here, so I figured we were going back to base.

A horn suddenly roared loudly, making me jump up from my place on the bed. I had quickly figured out it was from a truck. "He is here!" I exclaimed a little to excitedly and grabbed my bag along with it my jacket. I smiled as I ran outside, quickly locking the front door. I hid the key the usual place before I ran to Optimus. He opened the door for me and I smiled while climbing into the truck before quickly taking the seatbelt on.

"Ready? We are going back to base." Optimus told before the truck jumped alive and he pulled out on the road from the sidewalk.

"I am. But don't you think it's a bit early?" I asked quietly.

"It is." Optimus answered shortly. "It there a problem?"

"No I was just thinking about the others" I answered quietly. "Its just that some doesn't like getting up this early on a Saturday." I chuckled and placed my stuff on the floor mat. Optimus didn't answer me, he only concentrated about driving instead, or that was what I said to myself was the reason for him not to be answering me.

We drove in silence through the town. I was just looking through the window, watching how everything passed by. "Alexandria, may I ask a personal quarry? Yesterday evening. That man.." Optimus began and when I had nodded he had just continued. However, I had felt how my heart skipped a beat, I had not been prepared for that question. And the my real name to!

"He is my father." I interrupted though not really wanting to talk about it. "But he is just a drunken bastard." I whispered once again feeling the tears. Ones I hated to shed. "Can we not talk about this?" I asked and tried to hide the feelings from my voice.

"Very well. I apologize for bringing it up." Optimus said and that was the last he spoke to me on the way back to bace.

"Thank you for the ride." I said once getting out of the truck. Optimus transformed the second I had closed the door. "Hello Ratchet." I said with a weak smile. The orange bot just looked shortly at me, before back to the screen. I sighed disappointed and quickly took the stairs up to the couch, where I sat.

Optimus suddenly stopped and removed some of his chest part. "I believe this belongs to you." He said and fished out a sand colored bag-pack.

"Ups. I'm sorry, I forgot it." I said and stood up as Optimus reached it to me. I had forgotten I had placed it on the floor mat. "Thank you." I said and took it from the Autobot.
