"Community service? Can't you just ground me, Dad?" Archie asked as he and Fred brought the food to the table. "Yeah right, Fred Andrews is way to awsome to just ground his son. He's got to go big or go home." I smiled at Archie as he sat across from me."Community service. Mayor McCoy's Idea, and it's a damn good one if you ask me. You see, Macy gets it." Frad patted my shoulder. I smiled at Archie as he glared at me.
"Put that trash in your body, you can spend a day pickin up trash at Pickens Park. You know I know Jug wasn't at your little Lollapalooza the other night, but he does go to southside high. It's ground-zero for that crap. You talking to him, checking in? How's he doing?" Fred asked taking a sip of his drink.
"Trying to, yeah." Archie didn't look at Fred. "What about you Macy?" Fred asked me as I prepared my plate. "Well, me and Jug aren't very close, but he is someone you can speak to. Except, he wouldn't tell you how he feels on a situation unless it politics or crazy mass murders." I shrugged my shoulders.
"So, I wanted to speak to you about something." Fred looked at mainly Archie. "Should I go real quick?"
"No Macy, this actually concerns both of you." Fred caughed awkwardly. "I'm just going to say it. Are you two using protection?" Fred said quickly. Archie spit his water out slightly wetting me.
"Archie!"
"Dad!"
"We aren't even sexually active." I said calmly to Fred. "Really?" I nodded eating a spoon full of food. "Wow. Well, please, use protection. I don't need little red headed kids running around yet."
After we all ate I insisted on Archie and I cleaning up while he weant up to rest. "I can get used to this." Archie snaked his arms around my waist, moving his head to the crook of my neck. "Me cleaning?" He chuckled into my neck. "You and my dad get along, you still have yet to sit down and meet my mom, but it's like we're a family already." Archie said making me smile at the thought of starting a family with him.
"I would love to start a family with you." I smiled while cleaning dishes still. "You'd be the best mom and wife to little Archie and little Macy." Archie mummbled into my neck.
"I only want boys though." I pouted turning my head a bit.
"Anything for you."
...
The next day Jughead and Archie spent the day together when Betty texted me to meet her at the diner. Betty had just finished explaining the insane excuse to us of how she had basically been in a toxic phone call witht the black hood.
"So to recap, you're talking to a serial killer on the reg and he's been puppet-mastering you?" Betty slurped her drink before pushing it away after Veronica's conclusion, "I'll never forgive myself for what I did, V. To you, to Jug, to my mom, hell, even Nick St. Clair."
"Girl, I would've given Nicks name and then happily treated myself to a facial." Veronica scoffed. "He was one creepy dude, dudes." I agreed eating a fry.
"You're in a toxic relationship with the black hood, and you need a break up." Veronica whispered. "Or I could turn the tables on him, V. He says he'll go away if I do one last thing," Betty shook her head. "Find out who's behind the Jingle jangle. Some creep called the Sugar Man."
"Okay, so what's the problem?"
"If the Sugar man exists and I find out who he is. I can't just give up his name. The black hood would kill him, and drug dealer or not, he's still a human being." Betty scoffed.
"Barely." Veronica rolled her eyes. "I'm so close guys. So I'm asking you this. Will you both help?" Betty looked at me then too Veronica. "Hell yeah! BVM is back on sisters!"
...
"Okay I'm gonna go in. I'm gonna release the tiger with in if he tries to say no to me." I said to Veronica as we did community service. "You do that M." Veronica pat my back as I walked to Reggie.
"Reginald." I sent a smile to Reggie as he groaned. "You're never going to let that go." Reggie couldn't help but smile at me anyways. "Nope. I will not. I have a question for you."
"Yes I work out. No, I don't have the answers to math Homework. Yes, I think your hair looks very pretty today. No, I won't have sex with you, yet." Reggie smirked at me with the last few words making me glare at him.
"My boyfriends right there. I will let him hit you." I punched his arm making him flinch. "Jeez, okay. What can I help you with?" Reggie pouted at me.
"I need your dealers contact." I smiled handing him my phone. I sent a thumbs up to Betty then Veronica. He gave me back my phone with hesitation. "Promise me, you'll be careful with those dealers?" Reggie held the phone to his chest.
"Aww, don't tell me you care about me Reginald." I joked until I saw Reggie's serious face. "I promise. I'll even call you after dealing with them, is that the term you use after an exchange. I don't know, but I will. I promise." I smiled at him before he handed me the phone.
