twenty one

"Look who finally decided to visit". Hyunjin laughs as Jisung and I walk into the house.

"I missed you to, Hyunjin". I laugh.

"Come here". Hyunjin wraps his arms around me for a tight hug. "How are you doing?".

"Not too good". I whisper just loud enough for him to hear as he holds me tighter and closer to him.

Hyunjin just seems like the type of person who would drop everything just to see if you're okay. He's such a sweetheart. I love that about him, he can have so many different sides to him but in the end, Hyunjin will always be that soft and caring kid who wants nothing more than to see someone smile.

"I know, you'll make it through". He rubs my back.

"Hey I want to hug her too". Felix pouts. Oh how innocent he looks.

"Yeah I do too". Seungmin smiles.

"Ah, not before me, she did know me first". Minho laughs, walking down the stairs.

Hyunjin lets go of me and I run into Minho's arms, hugging him tightly.

"Woah did you miss me?". He laughs, hugging me back.

"Yes I did". I smile.

"Hey how did it go?". Minho says quietly, letting go of me as he refers to joining Jisung.

"It went amazing, I'm in". I whisper back as he hugs me once more.

"Okay my turn". Felix smiles, his cute freckles look as if they're shining on his face. "We really need to talk more or at least hang out".

"You can always message me". I hug him tightly.

"I probably won't get a turn so it's a group hug!". Seungmin laughs, hugging both me and Felix.

"Be careful". Minho whispers into my ear as he let's the two younger boys hug me.

Just then Changbin enters the room, a dark hoodie is covering his face.

"Hey Joelle". He smiles softly as he covers his hands with the sleeves of his hoodie.

"Come here Binnie". I smile, pulling him in a hug before whispering to him. "Are you okay?".

"Yes, just a few scratches but that's all. Please don't worry about me". He whispers back. "Are you in?".

"Bin, I have to". I pause. "I am". 

"I'll protect you, we'll portect you. I promise nothing bad will happen".

"Fine but I'm going to protect you too, you can't be coming home to the others with scratches all over you".

"Thank you, Jo".

"Anytime Binnie". I smile, letting go of him.

Minho, Felix, Hyunjin, Changbin and Seungmin are the sweetest people ever, trust me. Instantly when Minho introduced us, they've been nothing but nice to me. Jisung on the other hand, he has his moments.

"That was a lot of hugging". Jisung laughs, looking up from his phone as he sat next to Felix on the couch.

"We're happy to see our little sister". Minho laughs. "You keep her away from us all the time".

"Yeah and thats not fair". Felix pouts.

"Its because he likes me, he even likes to hold my hand". I laugh, exposing him.

"Jisung's making moves on my girl? I can't believe you've done this". Minho gasps, pulling me down to sit next to him.

He chuckles, "You met her in an acting class, did that help you with any moves? No". 

"Alright kids calm down". Seungmin laughs.

Just then my phone chimes in my pocket. I take it out to see a text from that anonymous number again. Oh no.

A worried look creeps onto my face. Who can it be? The person said him, and I'm here with the others.

Oh no. Could it be Chan, Woojin or Jeongin? I have to go.

"Hey guys, I'm not feeling well". I lie, rubbing my stomach. "I think I'm going to go home".

"I'll drive you". Minho gets up.

"No". I say immediately, gaining everyone's attention. "I mean I need the air, I'm just going to walk".

"That's a long walk, are you sure? Do you want one of us to go with you?". Hyunjin asks, his eyebrows raise a little.

"Please, I'll be fine by myself". I give a reassuring smile. "I'll see you guys later".

I catch Jisung's stare as I said my goodbyes, I give him a weak smile before leaving the house and down the street to a near by bus stop.

Oh my god what am I going to do?

Jisung's pov

"That was weird, I hope she'll feel better". Felix frowns, going on his phone.

"Too weird". Changbin whispers and looks at me.

"She'll be fine, if she needs help, we'll go". I whisper back.

"But what if she is lying? What if she gets hurt?". Changbin frowns.

"She'll call us, Joelle is smart".

Oh Kim Joelle, don't do anything stupid.
