Joelle's pov
"YUNA AND JEONGIN ARE GONE ALRIGHT, I CANNOT CALM DOWN". A voice yells loudly from downstairs as it causes me to wake up.
"What's happening down there?". Jisung asks, his voice sounding a bit raspy due to him just waking up as well.
"I'm going to go find out". I say, pushing the blankets off me before going out the door.
Footsteps follow me down the stairs as I see Chan pacing back and forth with his hands fisted in his hair.
"What's going on?". I ask, my hands dropping to my sides.
Chan is never like this..
"We can't find Yuna or Jeongin, they didn't leave a note or anything". Woojin says.
"What do you mean". I ask, my heart feeling as if it's dropping.
"Last night when you guys got home, they were sitting here with us but then she got up and left and Jeongin followed her but I thought they were just going to sleep and now they aren't here and they won't answer my calls and I'm starting to worry a lot and you know how I get and I just-".
I run up to Chan, pulling him into a tight hug, "Chan, they're fine. We'll find them, I'm sure they went to do something".
"Have you checked everywhere in the house?". Jisung asks Changbin.
"Yes we have".
I let go of Chan and walk towards them, "Do you think it could be him trying to get back at us?".
It is a possibility.
Changbin sighs, "No Joelle, don't think like that, please don't. I know they are here somewhere".
"I hope so". I say, a slight frown becoming visible.
The next few hours just consisted of us trying to calm Chan down as we waited for Yuna and Jeongin.
"I'm going to to outside for a bit". I say randomly as I walk away from them.
It's been hours already...oh gosh, am I starting to worry like Chan?
I opened the back door as it revealed the backyard. The sun was hitting the yard perfectly as plants were growing and trees gave the perfect amount of shade next the the little green shed.
"Are you okay?". A voice asks as arms wrap around my waist.
I turn my head around to see Jisung and I smile, "Yes I'm fine. She's never done this before, Jeongin hasn't either. They've always told us if they were leaving, even if it was late at night".
"Maybe they just didn't want to wake anyone up". Jisung suggests.
I shake my head, "But where could they have gone? Both cars are here and we are too far from Seoul to walk".
The slight sound of movement could be heard close by.
"Do you hear that?". Jisung whispers.
The sound becomes more frequent and loud the more we listen.
"Where is it coming from?".
Jisung let's go of me as he walks towards the source of the noise.
It's the shed.
Jisung opens the door as I walk over to it.
"Oh my-". My mouth drops as I see Jeongin sitting in there as he is tied to the back of the shed.
Inaudible muffles came from his mouth as he tried to speak but couldn't due to a piece of cloth shoved in his mouth.
"Jeongin, what happened to you? Where's Yuna?". I ask, rushing over to him and taking the fabric out of his mouth.
"Yuna came out here last night and I thought something was wrong so I followed her and I-". Jeongin pauses, tears already falling from his eyes.
"Then what?". I ask, my heart dropping again.
Did something bad happen?
"He was here and she was with him". Jeongin pauses. "Yuna, s-she is working with him, she loves him...she only dated me for some kind of cover up".
Tears fall from his eyes as he tells me.
"Jeongin". I say softly as I pull him into a hug, trying to comfort him. "I'm sorry, I had no idea".
"Who was it?". Jisung speaks up, leaning next to us.
"Taemin". Jeongin looks down. "I wasted two years loving a girl who never fully loved me back...she's turning against Joelle and I don't want that to happen. Joelle, I'm sorry".
I hold him tighter, "Sorry for what? You didn't do anything wrong".
"I let her hurt you like that".
"Jeongin, you did not do anything wrong, please don't think like that. She's my sister, you couldn't stop her anyways, she'll still be in my life no matter what. I didn't know either...".
"She left with him last night and I-". Jeongin stops talking and looks down at his hands.
I help him stand up, "Come on, let's get you in the house. Chan is worried about you".
Jisung helps me walk Jeongin out of the shed and towards the house.
"We need to clean you up, you got some blood on your face". I say, opening the door.
"He did hit me". Jeongin admits.
"This shouldn't of happened to you, you're just a kid...I'm sorry Jeongin". Jisung says.
"Please don't be sorry, I did this to myself". Jeongin gives a comforting smile.
"YANG JEONGIN". Chan yells and takes off running towards the smaller boy.
"Chan, I'm sorry I worried you". Jeongin says, rushing into the older boy's arms.
"Where was he?". Woojin asks.
Jisung crosses his arms, "Tied up in the shed out there".
"And Yuna? Where's she?". Felix asks.
"We're not speaking of her". I say. "She played him and now she is turning against me".
Changbin's eyes widen, "What do you mean?".
"She's working for Taemin that's what I mean". I say with an emotionless expression.
"Did he do that to Jeongin?". Seungmin asks, his eyes growing wide too.
"Yes". I pause. "Yuna probably told him everything. We can't trust her".
Woojin shakes his head, "But that's still your sister".
"Woojin, she watched me go through what I did with Taemin and now she's with him. I cannot and will not trust her no more. Jeongin and I are close and her hurting him like that crosses the line more. I cannot sit here and watch us fall apart because of Yuna. Younger sister or not, I can't be around her anymore".
How could this happen? Why is everything falling apart like this?
