recap- Tris got a mystery emergency call.

Tobias POV

Tris and I have been running for about 20 minutes now. I still have absolutely no idea where we're going. "Tris?" I say with a slight pant. She doesn't even glance over. "Tris?"I say a little louder this time. She looks over and says "mmhm?". "Where are we going? We've been running for 20 minutes!" I say, suprisingly not too out of breath.

Suddenly Tris takes a sharp left and I follow.  I know where we're going now. We turn right and enter the infirmary and I see Caleb sitting there,  almost in tears.  "C-caleb?" I say, why is he here? He looks up and  rolls his eyes. wow thanks. "Caleb what happened?" Tris says, I can see the worry in her blue-gray eyes.

"I-it's Su-Susan," Caleb stammers. "She started to have contractions.. She's going into labor.." Caleb says through tears. Tris and I give eachother confused looks, and Caleb notices. "She's only 5 months pregnant. She, and the baby could die.."

I hear Tris and Caleb talking but I'm completely zoned out. All I can think about is my mothers supposed death..

I remember the complete heartbreak I felt when I heard my horrible "father" coming into my room in the morning, drunk, and beating me, because some how it was my fault.

I remember his fake tears, at her funeral, and his fake words of sorrow for her eulogy, I didn't believe a word. I remember the complete betrayal I felt when she met with me after I joined Dauntless. When she asked me to join her with the factionless even though she left me with a monster.

I'm pulled from my flashback when a nurse comes out and says.....
