I am still alive even though I haven't updated in 26 billion years, Its currently 11:49 pm and I am super tired so sorry in advance if this is a bad chapterrr, I have like 0 ideas cx WHAT TIME IS IT? CHAPTER TIMEEEE!

Recap: Peter came and threatened Tris and 4 saved her and now all the initiates know that theyre engaged

Tobias POV

I run home as fast as I can with two thoughts running through my mind. All I can think is 'is Tris going to be okay?' and ' I am going to kill Peter'.  I get home and lay Tris down on our bed before glancing at the clock, its 5:54, so a couple of minutes until dinner.

Once I look over at Tris I realize how pale she is. She looks as if the moon shines from her, she is radiant. I lean down and kiss her forehead and she stirs slightly. Her eyelids flutter open and I see her bright eyes look around. She is on high alert. "You okay Tris?" I ask,  it's a dumb question but its all I can think to say. Her blonde head shakes back and forth and tear begin to fill her eyes. Tris sits up slowly and pulls her knee's up to her chest, curling up into a ball.

All I can think to do is reach out and out my arm around her, pulling her closer to me. "It will all be okay, I won't let him hurt you Tris, I promise" I say. Her light eyes look up at me and she burries her head into my chest, "I love you, " she mutters and lays back down. "I love you too and you should get some sleep, I will go get us food and come back," I say as I stand up from the bed, I don't even remember sitting down on it.

Tris closes her eyes and I can still seee tears on her cheeks. I kiss her forehead and walk to the door. I walk out of our apartment  and to the pit to get food. I grab two hamburgers, fries, and dauntless cake and walk away. I don't stop to talk to our friends,  the only thing in my mind right now is her.

I get back to our apartment in no time and put the food on our kitchen table.  I was only fone for about 10 minutes so I decide to let her sleep a little longer. I walk into our bed room and see her asleep,  she always pulls her legs up to her stomach and pulls her arms to her chest when she's asleep, its like she's trying to make herself smaller. She's so beautiful, you never get tired of looking at her. (sorry for heartbreaking tfios quote) I quietly walk across the room and lay in the bed. I fall asleep quickly,  thinking of Tris.

TIMEY LAPSEY! I'm so tired its 12:31 am help

I wake up to Tris thrashing and screaming.  I sit up and shake her, unable to talk because of my worry. After a couple of minutes of panic and trying to wake her up she bolts up and grabs at her eyes,  as if she's trying to rip something off of it.When she realizes theres nothing on her face she relaxes.  I already know what her nightmare was about, it was about the chasm night, they're always about that night.

We sit in silence for a few minutes  before I say "I'm going to get the food,". I'm not hungry, but I'm sure she is. I stand up from the bed and I am about to walk away when I hear "Wait,". Her voice is so small, so defeated. It's heartbreaking to see her like this. "Tobias, please stay with me, don't got," She says quietly.  I immediately walk back down to bed and she curls up next to me. She is about to fall asleep as I mutter "Always,"... (THG quote oops)
