Not exactly how I wanted it but it still looks cool. Was hoping I could make him look a little more roughed up though.

-I gave him some messier quills since he never takes care of them anyways. -he has some scars due to fighting so much. -figured I'd give him a purple jean jacket and torn black fingerless gloves to add a bit of edge. -his shoes are scoffed up and his socks are torn. -he has a metal plate on his one glove to help block attacks. -he also stopped wearing his bow tie
Fallout Twitch: Now in a world full of war and danger, The Menaces must watch their backs as well as help fight off enemies! Some of the happiest and goofiest even have become serious individuals, but Twitch is left smiling. He enjoys the thrill of danger, the fighting, the action! Gradually each day he drowns more into insanity due to the evil forces surrounding him, not to mention the radiation and other dangerous things residing in the different environments of Mobius. Now acting as a guard dog, being a fighter, and becoming more insane, Twitch is used as a merciless killing machine and is often used as the Menaces trump card. Though even they must beware him for his random outbursts of insanity that causes him to lose all sense of reality and morals, becoming dangerous and deranged toward anyone! Often he must be locked up until he's calmed down.
(This is actually kinda how he should always be now that I think about it...)
