Two Words...Fallout Menaces

I just thought of this!
Y'know how different games, movies or shows sometimes show a fallout version of their original characters and universe, or the plot takes place in such a situation? Well, imagine a dimension with a Fallout Mobius. Think of Sonic Forces or something similar, BUT Eggman (or whoever) had won. Think of the Menaces, and maybe even Bandit and such all tough and serious, scarred up maybe, have some permanent injuries and their clothes and messy quill styles show that they have gone through a lot. Also, Rowan is their leader :3 not Split. He's second in command. lol imagine Gwendal, me (in that universe) and Bandit being serious like Phantom and/or Rowan X3

Anyways, I totally wanna make these guys. Who should I digitally draw first? (Btw from last chapter I talked about drawing a family member. My mom's picture is on the way)
