Phanta the Hedgehog is the female version of Phantom. I wanted to play around with her design a bit and this is how I think she MIGHT look. It's not official yet. I had a different design in mind...but I may or may not use this one.
let me point out that her dress has white fluff up top to represent the chest fur, fluffy sleeves, and I also didn't have much to work with on her dress so it may be bland and uninteresting looking in this pic.....The hair and heels were the hardest to make.
