He has... - a black classic mask you'd usually see portrayed on bandits or criminals in the old cartoons. -bandanna -brown poncho cape -black boots and gloves -yes his scars are showing. They are darker since he's out in the sun a lot so they got a bit tanner.
Ps. All western menaces May have a name change. I don't know who is next.
