Anyways this is a preview. Coloring and such isn't perfect because I was playing around with his design.

-I gave him two different weapons to use at different times. Two large/sharp blades and his usual sharp scissors. -he has some scars due to fighting so much. -his glove, shoes and his socks are torn because of all the fighting and lack of being able to get new clothes. -has one full robotic arm and one full robotic hand. (So both hands are robotic but only one full arm is) -has a scar over his eye -wears bandana -has black fighting marks spread across his cheeks. (Sometimes football players do this or just characters who get ready to fight) -his hair is much messier, some parts of his hair I maybe made a little short by accident. Anyways, his quills are supposed to be longer here. They are supposed to cover one eye to give him a somewhat edgy and different look.
I like the quill style, but I love the original style too. I don't know, maybe the bandana ruins it for me. In any case....what do you guys think???
Fallout Snip: Now in a world full of war and danger, The Menaces must watch their backs as well as help fight off enemies! Some of the happiest and goofiest even have become serious individuals. This even includes the mostly normal (yet sometimes insane), loyal, and mischievous barber, Snip. He has grown more serious during the hard times, but he still tries to occasionally lighten the mood for the others. Unfortunately it doesn't always work and he only ends up annoying others. Despite this, the group can at least count on Snip and never doubt his loyalty to his friends. His extreme loyalty in ANY relationship makes him very determined and motivated to fight especially when loved ones are involved. Also, not only has he become more serious, but more insane (especially after losing his arm, and hands). His insanity kicks in at the most random moments and it's mostly due to all the changes to the world and his group that drives him mad, and this includes stress too. Etc. (There's more to him)
FUN FACT: when he goes insane, he twitches like Twitch, and acts like him, minus the dog behavior
