『Section 5』
"He wanted you to talk to the CEO? That's weird", Jin shook his head in disapproval.
"I know, that's what I was thinking. I'm just going to give him the file and come back. Is there a way that I could deliver the file without talking to him?", I asked, getting up from my desk.
"Yeah, you could give it to his secretary. That's what we do anyway", Hoseok informed, holding the door open for me.
"In that case, take these files too", Yoongi dropped his multiple files into my hands and sashayed away without a care.

As I walked out of the elevator, I could see people staring at me, some were even whispered. Quite loudly too. I took it as a compliment, assuming they just found me so beautiful that they couldn't refrain from expressing it.
With the sound of my heels clicking against the glossy floor, I gathered up all the self-confidence I could muster and cat walked down the office. One foot in front of each other, I took every step with assertiveness. I hoped I looked as good as I did as my visions in my head.
I could see Jimin walking towards me, mirroring the same confidence that I took my steps in. A smile spread on his face as I entered his view, especially when he saw the files in my hand. My heart dropped and my hopes and dreams were crushed when he came into my view. Now I knew I had to meet the CEO no matter what.
"You're finally here huh?", he smirked, snaking an arm around my waist, guiding me towards where I assumed was the CEO's office.
"Stop, people are staring", I grunted, peeling his arm away from my waist. I knew this would spread through the office, not leaving out any floor of the building.
"It's alright. You shouldn't care about what they think", he whispered. I could hear the cockiness in his voice as he spoke.
"No thanks Jimin, I don't want to become one of your girls", I retorted, flicking a finger in his face. He didn't seem bothered by my insult, but more intrigued by my behavior.
"Wow you're really something else", he said, stopping abruptly in his tracks.
I looked at him in confusion, seeing him stop mid-step. Without sparing me a glance, he walked towards an opaque glass door.
In big black letters, it read: TAEHYUNG KIM - CEO (INVENICO). Seeing the door, I already knew I would be coming in here often. I didn't know for what but it was something my gut was telling.
Twisting the doorknob, Jimin softly pushed the door open, motioning me to walk inside.
"Give it your best shot, killer", he whispered, smiling wide. In his eyes, I could see genuine happiness, like I was the last straw he pulled. In no way did I feel like I was the right person for this job, but I didn't want to diminish the hope he had for his friend. I didn't understand what circumstances could have caused him to send me to the CEO, but I was going to try my best for his sake.
Even though I gave him a hard glare as I walked in, I was aware he knew my intentions. The feeling of nervousness that conquered my stomach only grew worse when I heard the door close behind me.
No kidding, this guy's office literally looked exactly like the one in Fifty Shades of Grey. I knew it was dangerous to make that reference but it seemed way too apparent to let it slide. His brown wood desk was centered in the office with a black leather swivel chair behind it. I expected someone to be sitting in the chair, but to my surprise, the CEO was nowhere to be seen.
Like my team members said, I really hoped that the man inside would be close to my age, and hopefully would be the least bit attractive. While I was praying to the heavens that Jimin didn't set me up with an 80-year-old, a series of footsteps caused me to fall out of my thoughts.
To say my expectations were exceeded was the least. In fact, I was blown out of the water. The elegance and exquisiteness that was radiating off the human being in front of me were out of this world.
As his tall figured took long strides towards me, I felt like I was watching models in a commercial, walking towards me in slow motion. When I saw his face, I knew he belonged on a runway. His black hair cascaded down the side of his head in inky waves. The silver piercings his ears made him look even more dangerously handsome that he already did. And most importantly, the way he looked at me made my knees buckled. His thick eyebrows outlined the shape of his eyes perfectly to accentuate them. The thick lashes surrounding his eyes made him look even more surreal, almost like a god as he neared me.
"Um sir, here are the files you requested", I stuttered, holding the files out towards him. I was doing everything I could to not break down into a nervous wreck in front of him. The way his tan skin glowed when the sun shined through the windows made my heart do a series of flips.
In one swift swipe, he snatched the files out of my hand. His rough actions caused me to hold my position stiffly, still dumbfounded by his rude manners.
"You may leave now", he announced, sitting down in his chair, not sparing me a glance. If he didn't address me so rudely, maybe I would have complimented his velvety deep voice, but now I felt disrespect.
Stunned by his rash behavior, I huffed and made my ways towards the door, making sure my heels were making as much sound as they could. I pushed the door open without a care, not realizing Jimin was behind the door, hovering over it to catch snippets of our "conversation".

"So did you see him?", Yoongi asked, suddenly curious about my adventures on the 15th floor.
"Don't even get me started", I rolled my eyes, picking up my handbag and cellphone from my desk.
"What happened?", Jin looked concerned, nearing me with genuine worry in his eyes.
"He seems like an *ss, but I will say he's pretty hot. Like really hot", I emphasized the really, taking one of the iced coffees out of Jungkook's hands.
Sipping the coffee, I listened to the latest gossip that was going around the office.
"Guys, it's getting late. I have to go", I told them, glancing at the time on my phone. We all parted ways at the lobby of the building and walked towards our parked cars.

Usually, on Tuesdays, I go to a restaurant to help out with the business there, though there's a special reason why I do it.
"Hey Mina", my friend Namjoon greeted me at the entrance. He was really smart and he worked for someone really important to me.
I poked his dimple in response, giggling as he gave me a death glare.
"Here are last week's sales, just give them to her and we can hang out after that", he told me, handing me a brown leather notebook.
While I was walking down the restaurant, I seemed to bump into a couple of people.
"Oh I'm so-", I was about to finish my sentence when I looked up to see two very familiar people.
I had walked right in between the CEO and the COO. Jimin 's face morphed into one of delight from one of confusion.
"What are you doing here", the CEO spoke, raising a thick eyebrow at me. I smirked at him, this time I was about to give him a bit of his own medicine.
"Why wouldn't I be here? I own this place".
