Call me crazy, but sometimes I didn't want to go out with EXO. We were friends, we got along so well, but I was scared of them telling Sehun one day that I liked him. I knew there were no secrets between them and that's why I knew it would happen eventually. But I didn't want him to know, I wouldn't be able to face him, I wouldn't be able to hear him say 'no'.
"Why are you so sure he will reject you?" Jongin asked me as we sat down, being the first ones arriving to the restaurant. "Why would he accept me? I know him and I'm definitely not his type". I sipped my orange juice, hoping he wouldn't come that day. "We all know Sehun likes models but that doesn't mean he wouldn't date normal girls. And as far as I know, he thinks you are pretty". "Jongin-ah, I don't want to be rude but I doubt it. Don't give me high hopes"
But Jongin wasn't the only one who tried to help me. Baekhyun always did his best to make us end up together, and alone. I don't know if Sehun already realized his feelings for me thanks to this, but nothing seemed to change no matter how hard Baekhyun tried. "How do you guys know? I don't recall telling anyone." I asked him while we were watching some movies at their place. Sehun fell asleep and I really wanted someone to help me get him off my lap. "Well you are obvious. I'm still surprised he doesn't know" Baek chuckled and slapped Sehun's head, not too hard but enough to wake him up. "Time to wake up Sehun! You have to drive Y/N back home!" "Can she just stay?" Sehun looked at me begging me with his cute puppy eyes. Aish I wish you wanted me to stay, not because you are too lazy to drive me, but because you enjoy being with me. "She can stay, only if she sleeps in your room,the rest of us need some privacy" Baek laughed as he walked away to his room and closed the door. Thank you Baekhyun.. jeez...
"Good. Come Y/N" Sehun grabbed my hand an dragged me to his room. "You brought no pajamas right? Use my shirt... and pants" He threw them into my face and left the room, giving me some space to change. I wanted to just.. get in a taxi and leave, but another part of me wanted to stay there with Sehun. My impossible crush. "Are you ready Y/N? Sehun peeped his head through the door. "Yes come in.." I stood there awkwardly, not sure where to sit or look at. "Good, let's sleep. I'm tired". I didn't move and inch, just watched him get in bed before he turned to me and asked me why I wasn't doing the same. "I'm not sleeping there... it feels... awkward" "You are wearing my clothes, looking just fine I must say, and you've stayed a million times on the couch with me. What's the difference?" He stood up, walked towards me and held my both hands. "It feels more.... intimate.. I don't know.." I whispered. I could hear my ragged breath and see my hands shaking in his. "And? I'm not complaining Y/N. I want this, I want to be more intimate. I want to be the only one" I couldn't believe my ears, I didn't understand what he was saying. He was confusing me and I felt so weak. My legs were surely going to fail me. "I'm tired of them doing the work for me. I should be the one trying to get you, the one trying to be next to you all the time. So I guess I should ask you before it's too late, before you give up. Would you like to be girlfriend?" "I-I.. I guess.. Yes. Yes, I do Sehun" "Good, I was worried you would say no. How would we sleep then?" He laughed and pulled into an embrace. "Thank you Y/N... Thank you for waiting".
