Bloodmaw closed his eyes as he calmly thought out his answer. The leader would always have to make the hardest of decisions. These choices may appear easy to make but with each choice there was a consequence.
As a leader you would have to make a choice that would benefit the clan, but sometimes it was not always easy. It was hard to decide what to do, and sometimes these choices would make many fear or hate you.
The leader could care less about others or care a whole lot over others.
All leaders were not the same. That was what made things so scary at times, these choices would make you appear as a tyrant to some or a honorable leader to others.
"I hold sympathy for you but to kill someone over this.", finally spoke Bloodmaw.
The female rex blinked the tears in her eyes grew more furious as she glared at him, "You don't know what loss is!"
Bloodmaw frowned at her words, "I lost my wife in a raid. I promised her on her dying breath to raise our sons to the fullest potential."
Grim frowned at Bloodmaw's words only cause he had witnessed it.
The female rex looked surprised at his words, she frowned looking down as the tears continued to fall from her eyes.
Grim flinched to the movement from the blind rex, but blinked in silent surprise as he watched him.
The blind rex looked at her, his gaze was focused on her as he touched her softly with his nose. This blind beast showed so much gentleness toward her.
Grim looked at Bloodmaw before looking at the two in front of him.
"You can start again, don't let yourself be blinded by your rage. I for one don't support what the brute did to your offspring but you must push on.", spoke Bloodmaw looking at her. "I can tell though that you would make a good parent, I believe that."
The female rex slowly looked at him, her gaze turned to look at her mate who was at her side. "..."
Grim was bewildered by the blind beast, his aggressive tone was completely stopped at the moment that her tears grew.
"If he does it again I will not stop until he is dead.", spoke the female looking at Bloodmaw.
Bloodmaw looked over at Grim before saying, "He won't do it again, I will make sure of that."
The female rex looked at her mate, she made some sort of sound that they could not determine. The blind rex clearly understood as he shook his massive head as he turned around and stalked off.
"Where are you two going?", asked Bloodmaw.
"We are going back.", she spoke watching her mate walk off.
"You two are more than welcome to join us, if you would like?", asked Bloodmaw.
The female rex looked at him before replying, "Thank you for the offer but if you are going to keep that brute..."
Bloodmaw understood, "We will, but with the damage he will be out for a while."
The female rex smirked a bit, "..."
Grim feeling no danger turned as he walked back to the camp, he however kept glancing at the blind rex.
The blind rex didn't have a clumsy walk like others, but he clearly did have the aggression. This was something they have never seen before, it also opened their eyes. Some blind beast could actually show feelings and remorse to another.
Bloodmaw looked at her as he asked, "What is your name if you don't mind me asking?"
The female rex looked at him, her expression seemed distant before she replied. "I don't have a name."
