Jeno was fast asleep, in Jaemins arms to be exact.
Jaemin was looking down at Jeno while he was sleeping, putting his elbow up and on his side for support. He was hovering over Jeno, with a loving stare. He stared at Jeno like he was made of gold, and in that case, Jeno was Jaemins pot of gold. His reward, he guessed.
Jeno was beautiful, ethereal, and everything beyond that in Jaemins eyes. He was everything that Jaemin didn't deserve. Jaemin then developed Jeno in a hug, and let out a sigh. He ran his hands in Jenos soft black hair, and closed his eyes as he rested his head on Jenos head. He didn't see Jeno slowly smile, but he did feel Jeno wrap his arms around his waist. Jaemin smiled.
"Good morning baby~" Jaemin cooed.
"How long have you been up?" Jeno whispered in a hoarse voice. Jaemin could just melt in that voice of his, sounded beautiful in his ears.
"Not that long." Jaemin didn't mention the staring part, he didn't want Jeno too think he's a creep. No, the real reason was is that if Jeno figures out he stares at him in the mornings, Jaemin would never get away with it again. "Are you hungry?" He asked while placing a kiss on the black haired males forehead.
"Hmmmm...no..I'm tired.." Jeno said while dozing off again with his head dug into Jaemins bare chest.
"Hm, fine. You sleep, I'm gonna go make breakfast for us~" Jaemin got up and Jeno whined in disapproval and loss of warmth. Jaemin smiled lovingly at the sight, but went out and entered the kitchen. He started making French toast, but stopped as tiny arms encircled his waist from behind. Jenos head then appeared on his shoulder, well, his chin at least. Jaemin smiled and turned off the stove, as he was done cooking. He turned around and was met with a bed headed Jeno. He couldn't do anything but die inside from the cuteness. He then put his hands on Jenos waist and led him to the island in the middle of the kitchen, and picked him up and sat him on the counter. As Jeno sat there, looking like a tired baby, Jaemin went and grabbed the plates with the French toast. He made his way back and positioned himself in between Jenos legs, and placed them behind Jeno. Jeno put his hands over Jaemins head, and laid his head on top of Jaemins. Jeno closed his eyes and gave a tired sigh, which Jaemin thought was the cutest.
"Is my baby tired?" Jaemin teases as he cut up the French toast.
"Mhm.." Jeno barely hummed out.
Jaemin internally squealed, but then got his head out from under Jenos and held up a fork that had French toast on it to Jenos mouth.
"Eat~" Jaemin said softly.
Jeno opened his mouth and took the bite of toast into his mouth. Jaemin smiled as he took one too and ate it himself.
Once they were both done they cleaned up the after mess, well, Jaemin did while Jeno was on the verge of passing out.
"Come on~" Jaemin always spoke softly and gently to Jeno. Jeno was just too innocent and fragile to be yelled at. He could never yell at his baby.
Jaemin turned around and showed his bare back to Jeno, which made him blush. But Jeno then climbed slowly onto Jaemins back as Jaemin walked over to the couch, and Jeno jumped off his back onto the couch. Jaemin then turned around and jumped onto Jeno as Jeno let out a whimper.
"Your heavy-" Jeno breathed out.
"You love me." Jaemin said confidently.
"No lie there." Jeno said in defeat, as he turned on the tv.
-time skip-
It was snowing, and he and Jeno were walking to the nearby store. A snow storm was coming in soon so they had to hurry. Once they got there, Jeno went to smell the candles while Jaemin went to get ramen, and just some more snacks. Jaemin went over to where Jeno was, and saw him smelling a candle, then scrunching his nose up in disgust and putting it back. Jaemin smiled and gave a small laugh, then walked over to him.
"Ready?" Jeno nodded and lifted up a candle in his hand, that said "By The Fire." He got a whiff of it and smiled warmly, it smelled like hot chocolate and a little bit of vanilla.
They then checked out and walked outside, only to be slapped in the face by strong snow that was flying with the aggressive wind. Jaemin instantly put Jenos hood on and put his arm around him, Jeno was always his first priority, and started leading them back to their place. Jaemin bought a house with his saved up allowance, which was actually a lot, and bought a pretty big place for just 2 people. Jeno didn't mind though, as long as he was with Jaemin, he was happy. They both finally got home and Jaemin opened the door to shuffle Jeno and him inside.
Jeno was shaking, he wasn't use to cold weather he admitted. Jaemin smiled at him and took his coat off, kissed his head, and told him to go gather blankets. Jeno smiled his cute smile and ran upstairs to gather the blankets. Jaemin then turned on the tv, and turned on the heater. Jaemin sat down on the couch, and waited for Jeno. Not even a second later, Jeno came running down with 3 blankets and a plushie that Jaemin bought for him. Jaemin thought he was cutest thing to exist on this whole planet. Jeno sat himself in between Jaemins legs and pulled the blankets over them. Jaemin back hugged Jeno and kissed his head.
"I love you Jeno~~" He said sweetly.
"I love you too- Nana~" He said teasingly. Jaemin scoffed at the nickname but squeezed him in a loving hug anyway as Jeno gave a giggle. He could never get mad at someone so precious.
Not that long into a movie, Jeno fell asleep and so did Jaemin. Heads touching they shared the same thoughts, and same soft love for each other. A candle was lighting the dim room, and making a lovely and sweet smell. A fire was lit, and flames cheered in heated love. Windows were frosted with snow and crystals. It was perfect.
