The atmosphere was far from awkward, it was terribly awkward. Jaemins girlfriend had just come over, and she's been clinging to Jaemin from the time she stepped in the door to where they are now. Jeno was utterly sick by the skin ship.

"So..why are you staying at Jeno's Jaeminie~?" His girlfriend asked in a high pitched voice.

Jaemin gave a small look of disgust but then replied calmly with lie.

"Well, my parents think it's good if I stay close to my friends, because 'you always need someone to lean on' they tell me." Jaemin lied.

"Well you can lean on me Jaemin.." she said as she put her hand on her thigh, awfully close to you know what. "I'll be by your side." She said seductively.

Jeno scrunched his nose in disapproval at her horrible seduction skills. He felt jealously bubbling up in him, but more hurt than jealousy. He shifted his gaze to Jaemin who was looking at her. Oh how he looked at her. He wishes that Jaemin looked at him like that. He wishes that Jaemin would give him attention like that. Oh how he wishes to just be with Jaemin.

He just wants love and attention from the other.

"Jeno. Jeno!"

Jeno shook his head and came back to reality after he heard his name being called.

"Hey, you ok?" Jaemin asked, who was staring at the other with concern.

Jeno quickly teared his gaze away from Jaemin now that he realized that he'd been staring. He nodded his head and hung it down low.

"I'll be right back." He quickly said and got up from the couch he was sitting on and quickly walked to the bathroom, shutting the door and locking it.

He leaned over the sink and he felt himself on the brink of tears. He kept whispering to himself.

"Dont cry, don't be a baby, don't cry, you don't deserve him, you'll never have him." Jeno whispered under his breath.
