The definition of love

There's no one like her. No one who would make me feel this way. Kyungsoo would think day after day while looking in the mirror trying to remember the light in your eyes. People don't understand, they think she is something temporal, or I'm the temporal one.

Your relationship with Kyungsoo was always surrounded by trouble. It had nothing to do with the two of you, you were happy together and barely fought, the problem was that you were in high school and he was an idol, but not just any idol, he belonged to the most popular ones. "I'm scared Y/N, I'm scared that I won't be able to protect you". He told you several times. You knew he worried too much and you wished you could do something, but what could a girl do against the whole world. Your parents weren't against it but they weren't exactly happy and you were a little bit hesitant about telling the world you were Do Kyungsoo's girl. "Just think what they would think. But as time passed your love for him grew and so did his. You weren't able to concentrate at all, your friends always wondered why you never hanged out with them and whenever you could you would check up your phone to see if you had any news from him. It didn't matter how scared you were of the fans' reaction, you wanted to be with him to the point where you found yourself daydreaming about your dates, your shy little pecks on the lips, his deep eyes and that voice that always felt like the definition of love. I'm going crazy, I can't think straight anymore...

"Did you hear? There's an idol outside..."
"What are you talking about? No one ever comes here..."
"They say he is looking for Y/N. That can't be true... right?"

The corridors were full of gossip, hundreds of eyes were looking in your direction, you felt something different in the air, there was definitely something going on, but you couldn't find what. "What... Kyungsoo what are you doing?" He smiled and gave you a kiss on your forehead to calm you down, he knew the great effect his kisses had on you. "I'm doing what I should had done since the beginning. Be brave and show the world I'm in love, deeply and madly in love with you". You knew he was being serious because this time he wasn't smiling, this time he was looking into your eyes, making you feel a little intimidating and lowering his voice so only you could hear the words meant only for you. "Jagi, I'm going to take you with me tonight, I won't go to those awards if it's not with you, even the boys think it's time. And I want you to know before they talk, that no matter what happens, no matter what they say, think or do, you'll always be my only definition of love".
