"Do you like Keith?", Pidge asked Lance for the hundredth time as he steered to horse onto the path. "I am very fond of him", Lance responded. Pidge looked at Keith and smirked. Keith glared in response. "We made some good progress. We could get to the capital tonight but it is turning nighttime", Keith explained as his face turned up wards towards the sky. "I think we should set up camp", Hunk said which everyone else nodded. They soon found a nice patch of trees and decided to set up there camp there. Pidge was making the tents with the help of Hunk while Keith was tying the horses. Lance sat under a tree and stared at his mirror. Once Keith was done with the horses he saw Lance slacking. Keith glared. He did not like slackers... "LANCE!", Keith yelled, which made Lance jump at the sound. Lance then got up and jogged over to Keith. "Yeah?", Lance asked and tucked his small mirror away. "You are going to go and pick up some fire wood", Keith responded and handed Lance a bag which was probably for the wood. "Do I have to?", Lance asked. "I am not asking you, I am telling you", Keith spat and walked towards Pidge and Hunk who were still setting up the tents and such. Lance sighed and started to pick up big chunks of wood. He then started to wonder away from the group with out noticing.

Lance picked up another log that he had found and stuffed it into the bag. By now he had found a good amount of wood for the fire. Lance smiled, he did a good job. He then started to walk towards the camp... but he didn't know were it was. Lance looked around while walking back in the direction he came from only to trip and fall onto the ground. "Ouch...", Lance whispered to himself. I mean sure he was a god or something but he still felt pain. Lance then picked himself up and continued on his way back to the camp, even though he did not have any idea were he was.

"LANCE", Lance heard Keith yell. Lance perked up at the noise. After walking around for what seemed to be 30 minutes he heard Keith yelling for him. "LANCE", Lance then heard Hunk yell. Lance then looked around and soon realized that they were right in front of him. Lance then jumped out of the bushes and landed on top of someone. "Sorry", Lance said as he looked down on Keith. "N-no p-problem", Keith stuttered out, his face red. "Why is your face red?", Lance asked, still sitting on top of Keith. "Because you near him", Pidge said. "Oh I see...", Lance replied. He then got up from Keith and helped him up off the ground. "Lets go get this wood in the fire", Lance said. Hunk nodded and started to lead the way back to the camp while Pidge and Keith stayed behind. Pidge then turned to Keith, a smirk on her face. "You so like him~", Pidge said. "No! Well maybe...", Keith whispered the last part. Pidge then took Keith's hand and whispered something in his ear. "When we get everyone back use protection", Pidge whispered and skipped away. Keith stood there, face very red.

"Lance eat your food...", Keith sighed out. "Why?", Lance asked as he poked his meat. "I worked so hard on that", Pidge said. "Yeah, Pidge worked really hard on this", Keith said. "Fine.. since the gremlin made it", Lance sighed out. "I AM NOT A GREMLIN", Pidge screeched. "Sure", Hunk said with a smile on his lips. Lance then took a bit from his food, and it did taste pretty good. After a small time of silence Lance looked up at everyone. "Is this what it feels like to have a family?", Lance asked. Keith almost choked on his meat. Pidge stared at him. And Hunk, being Hunk, hugged Lance. "You don't have a family do you?", Pidge asked. "I think I did at one point. But I think they were killed", Lance replied and took another bit of his meat. "But I know your books are wrong about me. I did have a name given to me by my parents and I have memories about them", Lance said. "Like what?", Hunk asked. "I remember my mama had a mirror and said it was good luck. I remember my papa saying how cool it was that I could make water float in the air. I remember staring up at the stars and my parents saying how people who die are put in the skies as stars. I remember my mama singing many songs and my papa playing guitar along with her...", Lance said. "Those are good memories", Keith said. Lance looked at him and smiled. "I know".
