Lance nodded. "So the town is named after you?", Lance asked. Shiro nodded. He then turned to Keith. "You should be happy that your friend here did what he did. Look at this", Shiro said and pulled out the small package. He then opened it to reveal a small charm that was covered in a red substance. "What is that?", Keith asked. "Its a curse. Many gangs and people like that hate me here so they try and kill me any way they can. I am just glad that Lance here was able to stop them", Shiro explained. Lance smirked at Shiro. "Well if you are so glad and stuff then you should owe me something", Lance said smuggly. Shiro turned to him, "I think I do owe you something.. but what do you want?", Shiro asked. Keith looked at Lance with a confused look on his face.
"Which horse do you want?", Shiro asked as he lead them into the stable which was filled with horses. Keith smiled at the animals that stared back at him while Lance stared at awe at how a certain horse looked. "THAT ONE!!", Lance exclaimed an ran towards the back of the stable to start petting the certain horse. It had white fur and big blue eyes which Keith did not see everyday. "Oh that one is named Charlie", Shiro said. "Which one do you want?", Shiro asked Keith who just shrugged. "I will let Lance choose it", Keith replied. Lance then ran towards another horse who had brown fur and small white spots on it. "That one is called Bean", Shiro said as the horse neighed in response. Keith nodded and walked towards Bean who neighed happily. "If that is all you need I would like to get back to my work", Shiro responded. "Thanks Shiro", Keith said as he lead Bean out of the stable while Lance rode Charlie out. "Be careful with them and feed them properly", Shiro said as he walked out of the stable.
"Now that we got the horses we need to get to the capital", Keith said. Lance sighed and rode his horse around Keith who was looking at the map. "LANCE YOU NEED TO FOCUS", Keith yelled. "Why? Your papa will be fine! I am positive", Lance said. Keith then felt something bubble up inside him. "YOU DON'T KNOW THAT", Keith yelled at Lance. Lance flinched and so did Bean. Lance looked like he was going to open his mouth but he closed it shut. Lance then snapped his fingers and with a small whisp of water he was not on Charlie the horse...
Keith looked up from his map to realize that Lance was not there anymore. He then started to panic and it seemed like Bean and Charlie started to panic as well. Keith then grabbed the rope tied around them and tied them to a near by tree. "LANCE", Keith called out as he looked around frantically. No response. Keith then started to panic more because they were in the middle of nowhere and at least a few hours out from the town of Takashi. "Fuck", Keith muttered to himself. He then sat down because what else is there to do? He can't leave the horses and he can't run off. Keith sat there in the shade of the tree and sighed. Lance was so confusing.... there is no way he could be his soulmate... Right?
Lance stared into the lake as he twirled the small mirror in his hand. It was a cheap little thing with a fake blue diamond glued onto it but Lance still liked it. Lance sat there and stared at the water. He felt sad that Keith yelled at him but empty when he was not around... It was confusing. Lance then started to play with the water. You know make it into shapes and stuff like that. He did this for a little while until he started to get worried about Keith. He left Keith. Just left him in the middle of know where. Lance then stood up and snapped his fingers. He was then back on Charlie who yelped in surprise.
Keith stood up to see Lance now on top of Charlie petting her softly. "Were have you been!?!?", Keith snapped at Lance, trying to hold back on his anger. Lance looked at the ground. "I'm sorry...", Lance said. "For what?", Keith asked. "For not thinking about what could happen to your papa", Lance replied. Keith sighed and walked over to Lance who was still on Charlie. "Lance, its alright. I am sure that you would really not understand", Keith said. He then walked back over to Bean and hopped onto the saddle. "Come on", Keith said as his horse started to gallop off. Lance nodded and his horse galloped after Keith's.
"Can I sing a song?", Lance asked Keith. "Sure", Keith responded. Lance smiled and took in a deep breath. (You can play the song now)
"Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better Hey Jude, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get her
The minute you let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude, refrain
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
For well you know that it's a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah Hey Jude, don't let me down
You have found her, now go and get her
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better So let it out and let it in, hey Jude, begin
You're waiting for someone to perform with
And don't you know that it's just you, hey Jude, you'll do
The movement you need is on your shoulder
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah yeah Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her under your skin
Then you'll begin to make it
Better better better better better better, oh Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude
Nah nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah, hey Jude"
Lance finished the song and Keith stared at him from his horse. "How do you know that song?", Keith asked. "Mama and Papa sang it", Lance responded. Lance then looked over to the sky to see the sun setting slowly. "Yep! Mama and Papa sang it a lot..."
