Chapter 10

I woke up with the sun in my eyes. I groaned and rolled over towards my laptop. It was 11:30 Ugh that means I have to get up. I sat up and looking around. Kaley was still sleeping but Drew was gone. I stood up not bothering to grab my crutches. I'll just limp around. I grabbed my phone and scooted into the hall way and down the huge marble staircase. I limped across the huge floors into the breakfast nook. Nash, cam, Casper and Drew were laughing about something on Nash's phone.
"SAYLOR" Miley said running over and jumping on me.
"Miley. Hey" I said kneeling down to hug her.
"Oh Say. We were gonna head out in about half and hour" Casper said.
"Where's Ryan" I said standing back up my Hand on Miley's hair.
"He went to the hospital with mom" Drew said.
"Oh" I said. Aunt Kiki must've taken him to work with her to see Wren. I see. I see.
"Let's go get dressed" Drew said
"Can I come" Miley said looking up with her blue eyes wide.
"Not this time. Daddy's taking you to Sophie's house" Drew said.
"Yay Sophie" I laughed. I loved them at this age.
"Go get dressed" Drew said pushing her towards the stairs. She skipped off happily. We followed her up the stairs to Drew's room where Kaley was still sleeping. That girl could sleep her whole life and not be bothered by it.
"What should-"
"Just leave her" I said grabbing clothes. I changed in Drew's bathroom and grabbed a pair of low top galaxy Chuck Taylor's. I shoved my phone in my pocket and actually grabbed my crutches.
"Ready?" Drew said tieing off her side French braid. She was wearing tie-dye shorts with a 'Normal Is Boring' muscle tank and white chuck Taylor's.
"Hold on" I said walking over to Kaley shaking her a little.
"Ugh what" she groaned after another few harsh shakes. This girl could literally sleep through a zombie apocalypse.
"Do you wanna come to the movies with us or stick around here with Nash and Cam"
"I'll stay here" she said not opening her eyes.
"Ok" I said turning towards Drew.
"Alright let's go" she said. We made our way down the hall and stairs back to the breakfast nook.
"We're meeting the guys for lunch" Nash said.
"Tell them I said hi" I said.
"Kaley and Hayes are going with you right" Drew said.
"Sure" cam said.
"Ok let's go girls" Casper said grabbing his car keys. We followed him out to his Infiniti and got in to the back all squished. I got out my phone to text Ryder.

Hmmmmmmm. I logged into my twitter and shut my eyes right.
"Oh god" I said opening my eyes just to make sure I was seeing the news right.
"What" Casper said looking at me in the mirror.
"Are @saylorfitch and @ryderlynn officially dating? Click the link to see full article" I read aloud clicking the link embedded in the tweet.
"Is that who we're meeting" Drew said.
"Yeah and his cousin. You too will really get along" I said.
"Wait so are you dating"
"Let's read the article to see" I said.
"Is 12 year old internet star Saylor Fitch dating Ryder Lynn from Washington DC? After the recent shooting at the Hilton Garden Inn, Saylor released a video where her and Ryder were hugging under a bed... I can't read this. It's total bullshit. I mean wouldn't you hug you're best friend after there was a gun shot fired literally a floor beneath you? Why do they give a shit about us any way" I said glaring at my phone going back on twitter.
"So you guys aren't dating"
"No. I mean I'll admit that there's something about being trapped in a room with you're best friends while you're own brother was being shot in the arm as you cried you're eyes out, that brings two people closer. But no I couldn't even look at Ryder as more then a brother.
"Ok good because I got that whole thing on video so I can post it on twitter." Drew said tapping on her phone.
"Good. Maybe people will actually get some reality knocked into them" I said tweeting.

I said it once I'll say it one hundred times. I could never even look at Ryder or Sam more then a brother or best friend. Leave us alone
I posted and looked out my window the rest of the way to the movie theater.
"12:30 on the dot. I applaud us" Casper said turning off the car as we all stepped out into the warm late March air.
"Saylor" Ryder said running up to us.
"Hey guys" I said as Drew and Sam locked eyes. I stepped to the side next to Ryder who slug his arm around me lazily.
"They've got a thing" I whispered in his ear standing on my tippy toes because he was about 2 inches taller then me. He smirked and then turned towards my to whisper in my ear.
"Hell yeah they've got a thing" I laughed and straightened up.
"Oh yeah and this is Casper" I said as Casper started walking away.
"Oh yeah I'm ditching you guys to meet friends. Text me when you're done" he said.
"Well ok then. Uh let's go get tickets" I said. We all nodded and started walking towards the theater.
"4 tickets for Divergent please" I said.
"I'm so surprised you haven't seen it yet" Ryder said as we waited in line for snacks with our 3d glasses and all.
"Yeah well blame MAGCON that had me stuck in a hotel room for 2 weeks" I raised my eyebrows at him.
"It only came out a few days ago"
"Where have I been for the past 2 days Ry. I think you're logics broken" I said brushing my hand through his hair.
"Ohmigod Saylor Fitch. Can I get a picture" a girl said running up to me with her friends.
"Sho thing girly" I said handed her phone to Ryder.
"Are you too dating" she whispered in my ear as we posed for the picture.
"No. He'll never be boyfriend material"
"Heard that" he said taking a few pics.
"Never said the truth was easy to take" I said turning towards the girls.
"Thanks Saylor"
"Sure. You guys coming to Magcon?"
"No. Sadly"
"You want to" I said.
"Ohmigod yes" she blurted.
"I'll see what I can do. What's your twitter" I said slipping out my phone.
"Ohmigod I can't believe this is happening" she gasped. I smiled and handed her my phone to type in her username. She then followed herself and handed my phone back.
"Thanks..."
"Clary"
"Clary. I like that name"
"Thanks"she said smiling wide.
"Saylor movies gonna start" Ryder said.
"Oh. Well nice meeting you. We'll be in touch" I said as Ryder pulled me off.
"I can't believe you just did that" Ryder said in my ear as we sat down. It was Sam, Drew, Me, and Ry. In that order.
"You wanta come" I said looking at him.
"Uh yeah" he said in a duh tone.
"Done" I said patting his thy.
"I love you I swear" he said wrapping his arm around me.
"Ah Ry I love you too. In a best friend type of way" I said nestling into his chest. I could feel him smile and put on his glasses.
"That was like the best movie ever" I said walking out of the theater with Ryder. Sam and Drew were further behind us. They had really hit it off. Ryder was looking at his phone obviously confused.
"What" I said pulling it out of his hand. I smiled pleased with what I saw.
"How did I again 3 thousand followers"
"That's what you get for being my best friend" I shrugged tweeting from his account

I posted and then handing him his phone.
"When're you guys flying out" I said getting out my phone to text Casper.
"Sunday night"
"I'll miss you" I said giving him a puppy dog look.
"We'll see each other though" he said ruffling my hair and wrapping his arm around my shoulder.

I slid my phone back in my pocket and turned back to Ryder looking up. Damn him being so tall.
"Hey I promise we'll come up" he said.
"We still have a few more days. Don't remind me" I said.
"How's Ryan"
"Ok. I didn't see him this morning but last night he was really dopey. Sad" I said.
"Well think if I ended up in the hospital from a bullet in the stomach. Wouldn't you be pretty dopey?" He smirked. I rolled my eyes and put my hand on his face pushing him over.
"Here's Casper. I'll text you tonight about magcon" I said as Casper drove up jamming to some music.
"Ok" he said. I hugged him and then ran to the car. I opened the door and dropped my crutches on the ground sliding to the opposite side.
"You have fun on your date"
"Casper it wasn't a date besides how was yours. What kind of drugs will I be smelling on you later" I said smirking.
"You won't" he said as Drew bound in the car happily holding out her phone.
"Ooooh someones happy" Casper said.
"Shut up Cassy" she said perkily.
"Have you heard from Ryan" I said scrolling through Instagram and twitter.
"No. Mom said that she's coming home at like 6. He'll probably be with her."
"Poor kid" I said looking at my own phone.
"I know. Imagine that happening to your best friend" Cas said.
"Pft Ryder would probably love all the attention" I said picturing his happy smile
"Where does Ryder live?" Drew said.
"With Sam in Cali. I won't go into the details" I said checking my texts.
Nash:
Hey. Photo shoot was pushed to 3 o'clock later today. Doesn't matter what you're wearing just come to the venue
"Oh shit! Casper turn around the photo shoot was pushed to 3" I said.
"Where" he said making a fast U-turn.
"Hold on" I said.
Me:

Nash texted back the address and I rattled it off to Casper.
"That's not to far hold on" he said. It was 2:50 of course. And all I had to eat was popcorn and half of Ryder's candy. Ok I take that back I took all of Ryder's candy.
"Here we are. Drew go find out what time she needs to be home and stuff" he said stopping the car and looking back at us.
"Thanks Cas" I said not bothering with my crutches and just hopping out of the car.
"Come on" Drew said as we limped towards the building. It was a plain building. White, no signs.
"You sure this is the right place" Drew said as we stopped in front of it. We couldn't even see any doors.
"This is the address" I said looking down at my phone
"Saylor! Oh thank god you're here. Come on you got here just in time" Bart said coming out of the side of the building.
"Ok" I said as he pulled me into the building. I gasped. On the inside a whole neighborhood seen. I mean houses and All. Here I'll explain. It was like I walked into a suburban neighborhood. There were huge houses up and down the street which was paved. In front of one of the houses there was a sing set and a play area.
"Ok here let's get you into clothes and hair" Bart said pushing me towards a team of women with clothing racks. It was like out of the movies. Unbelievable.
"Ok this is Amy and Britney. They're gonna help you with hair and this is Hannah and Gianna. They're going to help you with wardrobe" he said. I nodded wide eyed.
"Ok sweetie right over here we have you're first outfit and then we'll get you in hair and makeup" Gianna said ushering me over where she had Lay out an outfit for me. I grabbed the dress and slipped into the dressing room. I pulled on the dress and floral cut off combat boots. Then I was sitting in a chair while one of the girls pulled my hair into a loose fishtail braid to the side and the other brushed my hair with blush and mascara.
"Oh we're gonna have to cover that up" Britney said coming to my cut on my knee.
"Oh uh" I said looking down.
"It's fine. It'll be quick and painless" she said grabbing coverup and brushing it over. Only a little bit showed.
"Alright you're all good" Amy said looking me over.
"Thank you" I said hopping up and limping over to where Bart was.
"Ok Saylor I'm sure you know Bryant"
"Yup" I said stepping forward to hug the photographer that I had shoot with various times.
"Ok awesome. Our first shots will be over by the swings. You need your crutches?"
"Nah I'm good" I said limping over.
"Ok here a few extra things" Hannah said pulling on an infinity ring and some sunglasses. She stepped back, nodded, and ran back off.
"Camera or balloons first?" A dude said to Bart.
"Let's go with the camera" Bart said as I sat down on the swing. The guy nodded and handed me my camera. Wait a second.
"Wait where did you guys get my camera. I thought it was with Drew"
"Guilty as charged" Kaley said walking past me towards wardrobe. I laughed and looked towards Bryant for further instructions.
"Alright just hold it up. Act like you're genially interested" he said. I nodded and held up my camera then leaned backwards.
"Perfect. Act Natural." Bryant said. I nodded and then did my thing.
"Ok balloons now" Bart said. The same guy from before took my camera and handed me a bunch of balloons. We took a bunch with the balloons and then a bunch without anything just swinging. My favorite one was one where I was upside down on the swing kicking my legs up and laughing. Best picture ever. P
"Ok saylor. That's enough. Go get you're next outfit on. Oh by the way you get to keep everything" Bart said.
"Sweet thanks" I said smiling at Bryant and limping off towards wardrobe.
"Right there sweetie" Hannah said pointing to my outfit that lay perfectly. I grabbed the Aztec bandeau and the sheer wrap around maxi skirt. I pulled both on tearing off my other clothes and leaving them in a pile on the ground. Then I pulled on the studded combat boots and kicked my clothes into a pile under the door where my phone was.
"Ok hair hair hair" Amy sing songed unbraiding my hair and fluffing it a little.
"This might hurt a little sorry honey" Britney said pulling out the memory foam makeup removing wedges. I nodded and looked past her into the mirror as Amy straightened my wavy hair and Britney rubbed at my face. Amy finished first and then separated a small piece to French braid down the side. Britney reapplied the mascara and then dabbed at it so it would look like I was crying. The 'running mascara look' I see.
"Ooh what happened to your stomach" Britney said staring at my scared stomach. My mind flashed to the moment not to long ago when the tears blurred my eyes and I went skidding across the pavement on my stomach.
"Penny board wipe out. That's what I get for riding around in a bikini I guess" I giggled nervously as she brushed same coverup she had used on my knee across my tan abs.
"Ok we're all good" the the girls said stepping back. I looked in the mirror. I had a cuff on my ear and black bracelets on my wrist. My face looked pale and my mascara was running.
"Thank you" I said standing up and limping over to Bart who was with Hayes and Nash shooting Taylor.
"Hey say"Hayes said wrapping his arms around my shoulder. Something about Hayes' touch was different then Ryder's. Hayes' felt like a sisters hug. I mean Hayes was like my brother but when Ryder wrapped his arms around me it felt more loving. More like he actually cared about me. Hayes' felt jokingly. Ryder's felt like he cared and loved me as a real best friend. I'm not saying that Hayes didn't love me. I'm just saying that Ryder loved me more. Which was funny because I had only known Ryder for a few days as to Hayes who I had known my whole life. It's funny how the heart works. How it leads you to the friends you've known for life and to the friends you'll love for life.
"Saylor you look hot" Kaley said coming up behind me looking equally as good in a tube top and high wasted shorts. Hayes turned around to look at Kaley. Let's just say his jaw dropped. Suddenly I saw a connection between the two. Kaley met his gaze and looked down embarrassed. That caused Nash to turn around and look at the two of us and looked back at Taylor and Bryant. I pulled my skirt above my hips and stepped closer to Nash.
"That's a nasty scar" he said looking at my stomach.
"Didn't they cover that up" I said looking down at my stomach. Even I couldn't see my scar.
"Oh honey You're my baby sister I can see through the the makeup they put on you" he said. I laughed and wrapped my arm around his waist.
"Saylor next. Didn't I tell you boys to go get changed" he said. Nash and Hayes exchanged a glance and then tore off towards the opposite side of the building.
"Where're we going" I said limping/following Bryant and Bart behind the staged set. On the back off all the buildings there were different scenes. We stopped in front of a black brick wall.
"Well that changed quickly" I said thinking about my last outfit.
"Ok Saylor. This set is titled Dark side. I want you to think about your dark side and show me all the emotion of it" Bart said. I nodded and swallowed hard. I wouldn't let anyone know about my dark side if I could help it.
"Ok so first I want you to go stand against the wall" Bryant said. I nodded and limped off towards the dark brick wall. Someone turned on the fan as I propped myself up against it. I looked in different directions with every shot.
"Can we do some sitting down" Bart said. Bryant nodded at me and I sat down against the wall. I thought about my depression, feeling the pain it brought me. The wind pulled the hair off the face plastering it against the wall.
"Brilliant. I love shooting with you because you're such a beautiful model"
"Wow that means a lot thanks" I gushed.
"Let's step over to the stairs over here" Bart said. I stood up and navigated myself through the bricks.
"Will they hold me" I said looking at the bricks. They were less then stairs. More like staggers of bricks that happened to be Getting from longer to shorter.
"Please you weigh 10 pounds get up there" Bart said. I mean I love him like an uncle but it seemed like he cared more about the pictures then my safety. I glanced at Bryant who I was closer with then Bart which seems weird but Bryant is my photographer and I trust him to make me look good. He gave me a look like 'there's no argument. I'll catch you if you fall' I swallowed hard my fears burning in my mind. I carefully stepped onto the wall pushing myself up on the bricks till I was about 6 out of 10 up. The wind was on me and there was a fog machine engulfing the bottom of the wall.
"Oh you're so gorgeous" Bryant said as I looked dramatically into the distance my hair out behind me.
"Ok that's enough. Go get into you're next outfit" Bart said waving me away. Maybe he was just stressed. He got like this when he was stressed. I thanked Bryant and limped off through the fog. I heard the camera click and I turned towards Bryant. He winked and then turned away. Then I continued off back to my ladies.
"Here ya go my darling" Hannah said setting down the dress and converse.
"Thank you" I said stepping into the dressing room and along off my skirt and bandeau. I slipped on the black and white floral dress and black hightop Chuck Taylor's. I put my other clothes in my pile that was growing. I did grab my phone though. I sat down in the chair and looked at my texts. Amy sprayed my hair with water to make it wavy again and Britney removed the makeup.
I had a few texts from my mom and of course from my Ryder boy.

Not me. I'm starving. I've been at this photo shoot since 3

I clicked off my phone and threw it over towards my pile of clothes.
"Ok Saylor." Britney said.
"Thanks" I said and limped off towards Bryant.
"Ok I'll do you separately because Bart's off yelling at someone else" he said.
"I feel like he's more interested in the pictures then us?"
"I know. He's always trying to tell us photographers what to do"
"He's like that" I said.
"Come on. I think we're gonna do some stuff on the penny boards. I want you to meet some boys" he said walking over to a piece of the street that had two penny boards on it. There were two boys one with blonde hair and a beanie and one with hair exactly like Ryder's.
"Saylor this is-"
"Sam Evans?" I said as the boys turned around. There was my best friend and his cousin.
"Saylor?" Sam Said. Ryder snorted and then started walking away.
"Oh you know each other... How do you know each other?"
"Well. Sam's my best friends cousin" I said.
"Who's your best friend" he said confused.
"Ryder" I called. Ryder turned around smiling guiltily.
"Well uh Sam's our male model today. Although the more I look at you guys I think I want Sam with Kaley. Ryder was it? Ryder be with Saylor"
"Uh I'm not a model or anything" Ryder said looking panicked.
"Doesn't matter. Just get up there" Bryant said smiling sheepishly.
"Come on Ry" I said stepping on the floral penny board.
"Wait we get to keep all this" I said.
"Yup" Bryant said.
"Awesome" Ryder said looking at me. Best friend/evil genius plans were being made telepathically.
"Ok just go be natural best friends" he said holding up his camera.
"That should be easy" Ryder said pushing me.
"Aye not cool dude" I laughed stepping off xthe board and letting it roll. After a few shots with us pushing at each other on the penny boards I lay down on mine like superman pushing myself towards the hill.
"Ryder come on" I said extending my hand. He smiled showing off his braces and dimples, and grabbed it. I pushed off and we went flying down the hill together laughing.
"That's awesome guys" Bryant said snapping pictures.
"How do we stop" Ryder said. As we came to the end of the hill as fast as can be. I tried to answer but then we were both hurdling off the boards into a wall.
"Ooff" I said as we hit the wall that was surprisingly soft for a wall.
"That was so worth it" Ryder said next to me.
"Totally" I giggled sitting up. He sat up too.
"Ok let's go back up" I said. He nodded and stood up helping me up. Bryant of course got pictures of that because why wouldn't you.
"Where're you're crutches" he said.
"Pft in Casper's car"
"I'll carry you" he said.
"Peasant of course you will" I said grabbing his hat and slipping it on my head and jumping on his back.
"Yes my queen" he said sarcastically walking back up the hill. I laughed hitting his head.
"Jeez you guys are naturals" Bryant said snapping a bunch from different angles.
"Maybe you're just really good at photography" I said as Ryder let me down.
"Maybe so. Get get on you're next outfit" he said. I smiled cheekily and turned to Ryder.
"I'll catch up with you later and you and Sam can come over for dinner?"
"Will you're aunt be cool with that?" He said brushing off the front of my white dress.
"She's cool with everything" I said putting my hand on his shoulder.
"I'll tell Sam"
"Ok gotta go. I'll text ya when" he nodded and I brushed my hand threw his hair before walking over to my dressing room. I grabbed the next dress and shoes and headed into the dressing room. I kicked off the dress from before and the shoes, then pulled on the Summer Butterfly Chiffon dress and blue Converse high tops. I think this was my favorite dress yet. The multicolored butterflies spotted the dress all over. I then stepped out of the dressing room and sat back down in the chair.
"Oh you're hair is so beautiful sweetie" Amy said starting the double French braid into a side ponytail. Britney slid a butterfly ring on my finger and a butterfly necklace around my neck. Amy finished my hair and put diamond butterfly earrings in my ears. I looking at my reflection and smiled. Are you catching on to the theme here?
"You look beautiful Hun. Two more after this. Hang in there" she said. I smiled and jumped down. I thanked the girls and limped off towards Bryant who was with Nash and Cam. Ryder was nowhere to be seen so I just stood there watching the boys. Ten minutes later I was sitting in a concrete box. Not any concrete box. A concrete box filled with natures more beautiful insect. You guessed it. Butterflies swam around me in the box. My eyes wide I timidly sat down on the concrete bench and extended my finger out. Bryant was loving this I'm sure.
"Oh that was a good one" he would say or, "you're beauty reflects each other" I smiled as a butterfly landed on my finger. After a few more shots and I was done.
"Ok thanks Saylor you looked beautiful" Bryant said.
"Thank you Bry" I said side hugging them and limping off towards wardrobe.
"One more after this" Hannah said pointing to the outfit on the table ready for me.
"Thanks" I called after her. I grabbed the clothes and stepped into the dressing room. I tore off my butterfly dress and converse kicking it into my now huge pile. I pulled on the black floral bandeau and 'lol ur not luke hemmings' muscle tank. I smiled.
"How did you know I love Lukey" I called.
"Doesn't take much darling" I heard Hannah call. I laughed and pulled on the high waisted black acid washed shorts and black converse Chuck Taylor's. I Approved of my look. I mean where would I be without 5 Seconds of Summer today. They're to perfect for me. I stepped out and sat down in the chair.
"You look fab" Britney said putting a necklace that said 'rock n roll' and a 5sos bracelet.
"Thank you" I said. She touched up on my eyes making it into a smokey eye look. Amy pulled my hair into a loose pony tail and slid in psycho earrings. She stepped back then grabbed a leather bow and slipped it in above my ponytail.
"Ok girl go rock it" she said rubbing my back. I looked at her confused and then thanked them, running off. Well more like limping off. Bryant was just finishing up with Aaron when he turned to me smiling like an idiot.
"Oh this is gonna be fun" he said.
"Oh no" I said. What did everyone know that I didn't. He led me too a garage. A smiled formed on my face. It was just like the "garage band" sitting behind the drums was the one and only Ryder Lynn.
"What's uh goin on" I said.
"Welcome to your music shoot" Bart said coming up to Bryant.
"Yup. You're gonna sing for us" Bryant said wiggling his eyebrows.
"Sing what" I said becoming nervous.
"She Looks So Perfect" Kaley called walking towards another set.
"You know me too well Bæ" I called back.
"So I just sing it?" I said raising my eyebrows.
"Well you could play it" Bart said shrugging as a guy handed me a black electric guitar.
"Oh my god this is amazing" I said looking over it, running my hand over the strings.
"Queue the music" he called. I glanced back at Ryder swinging the guitar over my shoulder and grabbing the pic. I stepped up to the microphone and Bryant began clicking away excitedly. The music came on through giant speakers on the ceiling. Even though the real music was playing with the instruments m Ryder still started pounding away at the drums. A true Ashton Irwin. And I guess you could say I'm Luke Hemmings.

"Oh my god that was like the best I've had all day" Bryant said flipping through pictures. Then there was a bunch of clapping. My head shot up surprised. All the boys had gathered around. Well this is embarrassing.
"That was amazing" Taylor said wide eyed.
"I had no idea you had that in you" Shawn said surprised.
"Thanks" I mumbled sheepishly. I turned back towards Ryder motioning at him to come closer. He looked at me confused yet he still stood up and came to stand next to me. I grabbed his hand and bowed. The boys laughed and started clapping. Then seeing we were all done with our little 'performance' they all dispersed getting into their next outfit.
"I didn't know you could drum Ry" I said turning towards him not letting go of his hand.
"Yeah well.." He said his hand flying from mine to the back of his neck.
"Oh Ryder you're so oblivious. I have to go change. I'll find you later" I said pushing his face out of mine with the palm of my hand.
"Bye bye" he said laughing as I walked off. I grabbed my next outfit and pulled the curtain around me. I changed into the high waisted galaxy shorts and tie dye crop top. I still had my black high tops on. I kicked my other clothes into the pile and went to sit down in the chair.
"Have you had fun today" Britney said as I looking down at my phone.
"Yeah. You guys are so amazing. Thanks for everything" I said looking back up.
"Ahh. You're our favorite model"
"Pft I'm nowhere close to model status" I said looking back down at my phone.
"Well you've got the hair" Amy said letting my hair fall down my back.
"And the face" Britney said brushing my face with blush.
"And the hot body" Hannah called. I'm sure I didn't need the blush, my face was just as red.
"Ok sweetie go have fun at your last shoot." Amy said putting some bracelets around my wrist and sunglasses over my eyes.
"When you get back you can choose whatever you want to go home in" Hannah said putting a 'Stay Classy' hat on my head.
"Thank you girls for everything. It means a lot" I said.
"Of course" Amy said.
"It's our pleasure" Britney said.
"Go have fun cutie" Hannah said. I thanked them again and ran off towards Nash and Cam.
"Hey beautiful" Cam said putting his arm around me.
"Hi cammy" I said hugging him.
"Nash wants a hug"
"Saylor wants to sit on Nashy's shoulders"
"Hop on princess" Nash said bending down.
"Thank you Bæ" I climbed on his shoulders thinking about how much I love these boys.
"Hi guys" Hayes said.
"Hey Hayes" I said kicking him with my right shoe.
"You rocked it earlier" he said.

"Where'd you get your legit hat though" he said.
"If I told you I would loose my class" I said.
"Guys I have a cheesy joke" I said.
"What is it" the guys said looking up at me.
"Ok. A guy walks into a bar and says, 'ouch'" I disc trying to hold in my laughter. Because my friends are idiots they all burst out laughing at the same time.
"Ooh good shot good shot" Bryant said turning to us and snapping a bunch of pictures. We stood there laughing for like 10 minutes. I mean we're so gullible. Jeez.
"Ok guys penny boards are over there" Bryant said. Nash let me down and I limped over to where my board was. For another 10 minutes we took random pictures just chillin.
"Ok everyone gather up" Bart said. From different directions everyone gathered up.
"First of all I just want to say that you guys are amazing and beautiful and hot and you're great people and it was a pleasure shooting you" Bryant said.
"Thank you" I called. Everyone laughed and thanked Bryant.
"Ok guys so we're gonna have Magcon the hotel that the boys are at I know that some of you have other arrangements so in trusting that you guys will be at soundcheck on Thursday night at 6 sharp." He said looking at me. I nodded. Why did he have to single us out.
"Thank you Sam and Ryder for being here" he said. He didn't mean that. I looked back at Ryder. He looked confused. I pushed through Nash and cam and pulled Ryder and Sam aside.
"You guys can come to dinner right. We'll give you a ride home" I said. The boys nodded.
"Awesome" I said hugging them.
"I wasn't done talking" Bart said. I could feel his eyes burning holes through my back.
"Sorry" Ryder said.
"don't worry about it Ry. I'll deal with him." I whispered slowly turning around.
"I'm sorry" I muttered.
"Get back over here. Stop talking to people not as important as you" he said. My face turned red with anger.
"Ok ya know what Bart. This just happens to be my best friend. So you can shut your ass and stop talking to him like he's worthless. Second of all, I'm sick of you only caring about your money and business. I get it, you have a family to feed but just think about the rest of us and how our family's would feel if they had found out we fell down a brick wall because you wanted to take some damn pictures. Oh and third of all stop acting like you're the boss. As far as I'm concerned, Bryant is the photographer and he gets to choose what poses. I thought you were stressed but now I realize you just care about you're shitty business" ok so that was bitchy. But I was just about done.
"You're out of line" Bart said through gritted teeth.
"Am I? Or am I just saying what the rest of us are thinking"
"You can find yourself a plane ticket home because you're no longer aloud at Magcon"
"Fine but you will regret it because I was told that sales spiked after fans found out that Kaley and I were gonna be a part of Magcon" I said. Oh god. I'm so out of line. I'm embarrassing myself in front of my friends. I'm such a bitch. But I'm proud I'm a bitch.
"After Magcon you will go straight home. You're officially banned from Magcon for life"
"Awesome" I said storming off towards wardrobe.
"You totally go girl!" Amy said as the girls clapped.I smiled and grabbed a hoodie and some leggings. I kicked my other clothes under the door and pulled on my other clothes. I stared myself down in the Mirror. My blue eyes shone with pride. Sky would've been so proud of me. I pulled on the high top white chuck Taylors. I opened the curtain and grabbed my phone. Hannah was putting my stuff into a backpack and put on Ryder's hat from earlier. No way I was giving that back.
"Come here Saylor" Amy said smiling. I smiled and sat down in the chair.
"Ok. These dove earrings are to show how strong and confident you are." She said putting them into my ears.
"These bracelets are to reflect your eyes. Those blue eyes that shine with happiness and pride and confidence" Britney said putting some blue multicolored bracelets on my left wrist.
"And these bracelets are to represent how light and beautiful you are" Hannah said pulling a stack of Indian bead bracelets with a feather charm on them.
"Oh and here are all you're clothes and all you're stuff" Hannah said handing me the backpack.
"Oh my god. I have tears in my eyes. I'm so thankful for you guys. I hope I get to see you again" I said hugging all of them.
"We will see each other again" Hannah promised.
"Let's get a picture" I said holding up my phone. They all got in and I snapped a few.
"Thank you guys for everything" I said hugging them again and grabbing my stuff. I was about to head out when the same assistant from earlier ran up to me with my penny board and guitar.
"Hi. Sorry. I just wanted to say thanks for standing up to Bart. He's been treating us like slaves all day." He said handing me my stuff.
"Thanks dude" I said slinging the guitar over my shoulder and stepping on the penny board.
"Of course" he said. I took a deep breath and turned towards the girls. I have them one last wave and took off on my penny board towards the door.
"Saylor!" I heard Bryant call. I stopped and turned towards him. He motioned me over. Oh god no. No thank you. Nope. I swallowed hard and timidly stepped towards the group.
"If saylors not aloud at Magcon then I'm not going" Kaley said loudly.
"Yeah me either" Hayes said.
"Fine. You guys were never our strong links anyways." He said.
"Well count me out" Matt said.
"Yeah me too" Shawn said.
"Saylors my little sister. You don't have her you don't have me" Carter said.
"And you're gonna have to find yourself a new photographer and crew." Bryant said.
"Fine. Saylor's aloud back" he said after a long consideration. There was a loud breath out.
"fine. But after April, I won't be coming back" I said. Then I turned towards Ryder and Sam standing there awkwardly.
"Now I'm gonna take my "less important people" and leave" I said grabbing the boys arms and taking off towards the door on my board. Kaley was close behind me with Nash and Cam.
"You're such a bitch and I love you" Ryder said.
"Well sometimes you have to be a bitch to get things done" I said as we came out of the building. It was pouring rain. Yes. Rain is my favorite weather.
"I'll give you guys a ride home" Bryant said bursting out of the window.
"Thanks" Nash said relieved.
"After we get some shots though" he said pulling out his camera.
"Yay! I love rain" I said skipping around in circles. Soon Kaley and Ryder were at my sides.
"I can't believe you gave up Magcon for us like that" Sam said.
"There'll be bigger opportunities." I said. I still felt kinda empty. I loved magcon.
"I'm so glad you're my best friend" Kaley said grabbing my hands.
"Are you leaving to Kay?"
"It would be hell without you Say" she said. I hugged her tightly and then continued playing in the rain.
"Oh guys we should get going" Bryant said.
"Thanks for the ride" I said.
"Sure" he said as we all loaded into his SUV. I sat in the back with Ryder and Sam of course me in the middle. Then it was cam and Kaley and Nash in the front with Bryant.

I turned off my phone and looked up. I guided Bryant the rest of the way to my aunts house. As we pulled up in front of the mansion I heard Ryder and Sam gasp.
"Thanks again Bryant. For everything today"
"Thanks for being beautiful" he said as we all got out of the car in the rain. We waved and Bryant pulled away. I was soaking wet by now, just standing there. I'm not sure how I felt right now about Magcon. I mean yeah I've been kicked out of plenty of things including the mall. That's a long story I won't get into. I've never been banned though. I sighed and turned around to limp back into the house.
"We're home" I yelled through the huge house.
"In the dining room" I heard Drew call.
"Come on guys" I said to the boys. Kaley was already 10 steps in front of me. I led them into the dining room.
"Hey girls." Aunt Kiki said.
"Hey. Uh this is Ryder and Sam" I said.
"Thanks for having us" Ryder said. He's such a people pleaser.
"Of course." She said smiling. Drew patted the seat next to her for Sam. I say down next to Ryan and Ryder sat next to me.
"Help yourselves boys" my uncle said. We all dug into the home made pizza. My phone rang in my pocket.
"Ugh stupid thing... I thought I turned you off" I said fumbling with it under the table.
"Oh uhm. It's mom. Can I be excused" I said looking up at my aunt.
"Sure" she said understanding the struggle.
"Thanks I won't be long" I said getting up and stepping into the other room.
"Hello?"
"Hi sweetie. Am I interrupting you from something"
"Just dinner. What's up"
"I just want to know how Ryan is. I heard that they're transporting wren to long beach."
"I'll go get him" I said walking back into the dining room.
"Sorry to bother you. His phone was off" Ryan was sitting at the table not eating anything.
"Ryan mom wants to talk to you" I said. He nodded and grabbed my phone. I watched him leave the room.
"He hasn't been eating has he?"
"Nope" Casper said.
"He does this when somelthing bad happens" I said.
"It's gotta be hard for him"
"Yeah. We can't loose wren. He's lost to many important people in his life" I said.
"Why don't you guys go watch a movie. I'll clean up" my aunt said. We all got up to go to the home theater.
"I'm gonna go grab my laptop because I still have school" i said running up stairs to get it. I grabbed my MacBook and looked around the room. I really love it here with my cousin. No matter what type of shits going on in your life the moment you step through the door you feel welcomed. I glanced out the window where the rain was pelting down. I don't see why anyone would want to drive in this weather. I bounded back down the stairs to the theater. I sat next to Ryder on one of the reclining chairs.
"Ryan gave us your phone back" Kaley said throwing it to me.
"Oh thanks" I said catching it. I put it on the arm of the chair and opened my laptop. They were watching some movie I had seen a billion times probable. I logged onto my school website and stared math. God I hate math.
Finally two hours later I was done with school and I was leaning on Ryder while we watched Monsters Inc. Aunt Kiki came down the stairs looking at us all huddled together.
"Hey guys. Do you want to stay over for a sleepover. I don't want anyone driving out there. It's pelting." She said.
"I'll text my mom" Sam said from where he was cuddled with Drew.
"Ok. Our home is always open" she said walking back upstairs.
"My mom says that's ok" Sam says.
"YAY ALL NIGHTER" I said clapping.
"Yeah no. after yesterday I'm so tired" Kaley said.
"Yeah" Drew agreed.
"Fine" I said.
"We can have a Psych marathon though" Drew said turning on Netflix.
"Hey whatever happened to Hayes" Kaley said.
"Nash said he was staying with Taylor at the hotel" Drew said.
"Trader" I muttered. Ryder snorted next to me.
"Shut up" I said punching his arm.
Kaley got a bunch of snacks and we all cuddled together watching endless episodes of Psych. We all fell asleep together there.
