It had been a month since Jackson had gotten fired.

He got a job at a different company (YG PHOTOGRAPHY) and Mark still worked as a model for SM PHOTOGRAPHY. The only difference was that Mark continued to work from 9am to 4pm while Jackson worked from 8am to 3pm. During the time that Jackson didn't have a job, he somehow became a librarian because it was recommended to him by a friend. So from 4pm to 6pm he would read stories to little children and Mark would often come to listen to his boyfriend.

"JACKSON! COME ON!"

"MARK IT'S SOMETHING THAT I ENJOY DOING!"

"BUT WE BARELY SPEND ANYMORE TIME TOGETHER BECAUSE OF IT!" Mark yelled back at Jackson.

Mark and Jackson barely had time to see each other because of their jobs and all Mark wanted was to spend time with his boyfriend.

"YOU COME TO THE LIBRARY EVERYDAY, MARK! ISN'T THAT ENOUGH!?"

"YEAH BUT YOU HAVE TO READ FOR THE KIDS AND WE CAN'T EVEN SPEAK IN THE LIBRARY!"

"SO WHAT DO YOU WANT? ME TO QUIT?!"

"....not really, i guess." Mark mumbled.

"OH MY GOD YOU'RE SO ANNOYING!" Jackson said, still upset and heated.

Mark looked up at him, eyes glassy. "I-" Mark started before stopping himself. He took a deep breath in before calmly saying, "Get out." And he walked to his room, slamming the door.

Jackson took a few seconds to analyse what happened before running to Mark's room. "Mark?"

"Go away..."

"Babe, open the door please."

"No."

"Please, Markie?"

No response.

Jackson sighed before wondering what to do next. "Mark. If you're even listening, i'm sorry. I shouldn't have said what i said. I was just really upset and caught up in the moment. You are honestly one of the best things that has ever happened to me and i regret what i said so much. I'm really really sorry."

Jackson said one last thing that especially caught Mark's ear, "Promise to never hate me...please?"

Mark heard everything that Jackson said but refused to go to his boyfriend. He was upset but he couldn't help but forgive Jackson. He soon fell asleep without knowing that his boyfriend had done the same right outside of his door.

"Jackson?" Mark asked groggily. He had just woken up and as soon as he opened his door, he saw his boyfriend laying on the floor asleep. Mark's first instinct was to cover Jackson with a blanket knowing that he could never move Jackson without waking him up. The second thing he did was make something for breakfast; Jackson would obviously be hungry.

"JackJack? Baby?" he lightly shook the sleeping man. "Huh??" Jackson opened his eyes slowly. Mark smiled. "Come on, baby. Get up." Jackson followed Mark, still sleepy and confused as to what was going on. Mark set out some food before Jackson whose eyes widened at the sight. "You still made something for me despite what happened yesterday?" 

"Of course. And i promise...i could never hate you. Now eat."

Jackson smiled widely before saying," How about we call in sick today and stay here together?"

"That'd be fantastic."
