Clary POV
When I heard that their was a bad news my heart stopped, but I have to think positive and hope for the best. "Well the bad new is that your ribs aren't fully healed do you will be on bed rest for a while longer, but the good news is that you will be going home this evening" the doctor said. I sigh in relieve that it was nothing that bad and that he can go home.
"Thank you doctor" I said. She nodded and walks out of the room leaving me and Jace. I walk over to him and sit on the chair that is beside the bed and take his hand in mine. We talked for hours until a nurse came in giving Jace the discharge papers for him to fill out. Once he's down, he walks to the bathroom to take a shower and change while I pack up his things.
Twenty minutes later he emerges from the bathroom and together we walked out of the room to the nurses station and hand them the papers and then head to the car. Jace gets in the passenger seat while I went to the drivers seat, start the car and head off to home.
When we reach, I help Jace out if the car since he is still in pain and lead him to the couch in the living room, setting him down gently so he doesn't hurt himself in the process. "Do you want anything baby" I asked him. He nods his head and Reach's out taking me by the waist and pull me down to sit beside him.
"I want to cuddle with my beautiful girlfriend and our unborn child" he told me. I smile and snuggle into him, rapping my arms around his waist, while his are around my shoulders holding me close to him. We enjoy the silence for a moment before Jace speaks again. "I'm hungry" I looked at him and smile.
"What do you want to eat" I said. He thinks for a moment before replying.
"Grill cheese sandwich" he said.
"If my man wants grill cheese sandwich, that's what he's going to get" I said and got up and walked into the kitchen to prepare the sandwich for two of us since I'm craving it two. Once I'm finish I bring the sandwich to Jace and turn on the television to watch a movie. Fifty Shades Darker came up and its one if my favorite movies so I let it stay and we watch it together and eat. Half way through the movie I have finished eating and I felt my eye lids beginning to shut. And before I notice I'm asleep in Jace arms.
