Location: Jericho Day: May 20th, 2042 Time:9:00 am
The old location for Jericho may have been destroyed, but a new location was found on a different ship. The Revolution may have freed all androids, but there were still demonstrations against them (though many did not protest), and some androids just wanted to lay low or made it a home. Some androids came and went, while others stayed permanently. In Violet's case, she might be staying for the long hall. As she went into the ship, her eyes widened in awe. Sure, it had a rusty and old exterior and interior, but it still had potential and charm.
"Funny! I had that same look when I first came on this ship." Violet's LED light turned yellow as she turned her head to see a girl with dark skin and cornrows, dyed a lilac color in her hair. Scanning her revealed that she was 16 years old and did schooling online at Michigan Virtual School.
"Who are you?" Violet questioned, not paying attention to her name when she scanned her. "My name is Willow. Willow Manfred." Willow explained, with her hands crossed behind her and her legs crossed in front of her, slightly bowing to Violet. "She's my daughter." Markus explained entering the ship, followed by Connor and Kara, who went off on their own. Paying closer attention to Willow, Violet noticed that she had no LED light, and was, in fact, human (androids could now wear their LEDs freely without having to disguise themselves to appear human, but most didn't.) "And this is my son, Carl." Markus explained to Violet, as a YK500 model (a teenager) with black hair and a yellow complexion. Doing a quick scan revealed to Violet that he was of Chinese descent, and abandoned by his human owners and sent to Cyberlife to be adopted. Violet gave them a small smile, coming closer as her LED light became blue again.
"Y'know, you remind me of one of my sisters." Violet commented to Willow, still keeping the smile and crouching down a little. Willow and Carl were intrigued. "How many do you have?" Willow asked curiously, as she sat on a nearby steel bench, her brother sitting next to her. "I had four. Faye, Deyanna, Skylar and Simone. I also have a brother named Kolt, who is studying to be a police officer up in Canada." "So why did you come to Jericho?" Carl questioned. "Well... I came because... my sisters and parents were killed by a man for some strange reason. He... he left me alive." Violet explained while furrowing her brows in deep thought. "We're sorry." Willow said sympathetically. "It's ok." Violet said with a sad smile. "Wow. You revealed a lot more to my kids then you did half an hour ago." Violet turned to see Markus and a female Android with amber blonde hair standing next to him. Violet gave a small smile once more. "What can I say," she began to stand up, "I have a weakness for children." Violet laughed shyly. "Well," The female android began, changing the subject, "I'm North. Willow and Carl's mother." "It's nice to meet you." Violet replied. "So, what's your story?" North asked as Markus, Willow and Carl went into a different room.
"Before my deviancy? Honestly, I can't remember. It's always been foggy for me. All I remember is running in rain and eventually finding my parents' house. They were employees of Cyberlife, along with their daughter Faye, who worked on the androids. Deyanna, Skylar and Simone were all in college. And of course there's Kolt, who's in Canada." North blinked. "They were humans?" "Yes. Fawn and Dom, my parents and Faye and Kolt, my siblings were all Caucasians. Deyanna, Skylar and Simone were African American." Violet explained. North then looked down continuing to blink. "I'm sorry. It's just... I never expected humans to be nice to an android before the Revolution. Especially three Cyberlife employees." "Well, let's just say they hid it pretty well." Violet joked and North smiled. "North? Are you here?" A voice called out from the hallway of the ship. "In here, Josh!" North responded, turning her back towards me. "Oh. Good. We found you." Two male androids appeared, one with dark skin (that was in the front) and another with lighter skin that was behind him. "We need to hold a meeting, where's Markus?" The android from behind asked. "He went down the hall last I saw him. Oh by the way, Josh, Simon. This is Violet, a new Android that's come to Jericho." North explained, as Violet gave a small wave. So the one with the dark skin is Josh... and the other Android behind him is Simon. Violet thought, making a mental note of it. "Hi." "Hello." They both said quickly, before going out the door with North. After they left, Violet sighed, shuffling her feet, before eventually sitting down on the steel bench from before.
A few minutes went by, and Violet felt a shadow looming over her. She turned quickly to see Kara and a little girl. "I thought I'd want you to meet my daughter since you seem to like children. This is Alice." Kara explained and Violet waved to Alice and started to talk to her, making Alice smile while doing so.
After meeting everyone, Violet decided to lie on her cot she was provided and think about the day's events. It was 1:55 in the morning.
Author's Note Please inform if there are any spelling mistakes. This was written at 1 am and finished past 2 am. (*Cough, cough* and published I got up the next morning!) I also hope you can forgive me for sort of brushing off Violet's family dying, I'm just really tired and NEED SLEEP! Oh, before I go. QUESTION: Do YK500 model Androids age in the Detroit universe?
