⚠️WARNING: Short chapter⚠️Before we start, I was listening to this song while writing:
Does it make sense? No. No it doesn't. This song has nothing to do with any of this! But I did it, so yeah. Here we are... ENJOY!

previously:
Markus, Kara and Violet all met where they were told to be by Connor.
"So, what are we doing here?" Violet questioned as it continued to pour.
"This was Roger's old business. He owned a nightclub before the Revolution." Connor explained.
"So, the Eden Club?" Violet guessed and Connor shook his head.
"No. It's like that but a completely different nightclub."
"We thought it might jog your memory about your past." Kara explained, making Violet blink in shock.
"There might be someone who can give us answers. You might remember this place." Markus added.
"Sorry. But I didn't remember anything or this place. My memory is still the same as it was two months ago. Still can't remember a damn thing. I don't see how this is-" Violet was interrupted by the sound of a tumbling trashcan.
"Hello?! Is-is anyone there?!" Violet called out as the four androids walked carefully to the sound of the noise. Violet then gasped in shock. An Android was there with yellow dyed hair, and the craziest part of all?: she looked just like Violet!
"Do you remember me... sister?"
▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞▒▞"Do you... remember me, sister?" The android repeated. Violet looked up at the android bewildered.
"I only had five sisters, I didn't have a-" The yellow haired Android made her hand synthetic and rushed over, placing it on Violet's, flashing back all her memories.
"Huh!" Violet gasped as they pulled away quickly. Her eyes widened and she painted heavily. She remembered everything.
Her life before. The two months on the street.
Promising this android that she would return...
and she never did.
Violet turned with wide eyes to Markus, Connor and Kara.
"I.... I remember... everything." Violet then turned to the yellow haired android.
"Savannah...I'm so sorry, sister."
"It's ok. I understand. I tried to escape with others." Savannah explained, shifting her hands nervously.
"Then what happened?"
"It... it didn't work out. He tore us all apart. Limb from limb. And of course, there were no laws then that didn't allow him to do that." Savannah explained still nervously fumbling with her hands.
"Yeah. You want out don't you? Come with us. We can keep you safe." Violet explained, hoping Savannah would agree to come. She looked hesitant and suspiciously eyed Violet's three friends, but nodded. As she walked away to grab some things, Markus grabbed Violet's arm.
"Are you sure that's a good idea? Are you sure we can trust her?" Markus questioned. Violet furrowed her brows in thought, and then turned her eyes make up at him, as the rain continued to pour.
"What she says is true. We are the same model. I thought of her as a sister. But does that mean we can trust her," Violet turned back to where Savannah was as the thunder made the pavement shine, "that I don't know. But for now... we need to. To survive this war that is raging inside our walls." Violet explained as all four stood in the rain, waiting for Savannah to return.Location: Abandoned Church
Time: 11:35 am"So... let me get this straight. You two worked in Roger's old club as sex androids and were sisters?" Crystal questioned. After Violet, Markus, Connor and Kara returned to one of the agreed hideout sites, Violet announced she remembered her past and had someone she would like everyone to meet her same model and sister Savannah.
"Yes. I'm her sister." Savannah stated proudly as she held Violet's hand. Crystal did not look convinced.
"Look... may I?" Violet asked, holding out her synthetic to Crystal. She shrugged.
"Ok." Then Crystal gasped after seeing Violet memories.
"You remember... everything?" Anastasia asked, who had watched the scene unfold, amazed. Violet nodded rapidly with a smile at Anastasia.
"I was programmed to be a sex worker. Savannah and I were right next to each other in glass cases, and eventually got to know each other. We called each other 'sister' as we looked exactly alike and were the same model. Then one day, I couldn't take it anymore. Roger's abuse and all. I just-" Violet stopped.
"Snapped?" The blue haired Traci guessed as she and most of the androids were mesmerized by the story. Violet nodded.
"We know what that's like." The brown haired Traci muttered.
"I couldn't take it. I confided in Savannah about an escape plan, and we agreed. I would attempt to escape and if I did, I would navigate the human world. I promised Savannah I'd come back, but... I."
"You never did?" Willow guessed, kneeling near the edge of the steps of the church's entrance, literally on the edge of her seat, intrigued by Violet's tale. Again, Violet nodded.
"For two months, I lived in the street. Then one day, on a rainy day. I showed up on my parents doorstep. For the next seven years, I listened to my parents and siblings hoping for a better life for me. Lying to people about what model I was. Having Faye repair me everyday and heat the news about developments. And that's my story. Without it. I... I don't think I'd be standing here." Violet explains, her eyes resting on Crystal with a firm gaze, trying to not think about how many androids gazes were on her. Suddenly, there was a knock at the church's door. Carl got up, quickly but then slowed down, remembering to be quiet, just in case it was someone dangerous.
"H-hello?"
"Ra9." Kolt's voice rang through Violet's ears. That was the nickname that was used by anyone who wanted to enter and knew it so the androids could identify their allies. Carl's eyes widened and he opened the door. Kolt gave him a small smile before coming with a sad look on his face.
"I found this at my doorstep." Kolt announced holding up a pink piece of paper. Connor took from him scanning it, as his LED turned yellow.
"It says 'Come to the rooftops at 12 pm on July 12th - Roger'." Connor explained, giving the paper to Markus who stared intently at it. He looked up to see everyone looking at him for guidance.
"What... what does this mean?" Ottavia asked nervously.
"It means we prepare for war."Author's Notes
OMG! Second to last chapter is done!! AHH!! Yes, you heard me right. This book is ending soon, however I was thinking of making a sequel, focusing on Crystal and Rupert. What do you guys think?
Anyway, by the time this is published, I will be driving to Erie with my mom (to put that in context, it's currently 1:54 am as I'm writing this). We are going to see a family friend and we'll be back on Monday, so... maybe I'll update that day? Who knows?
Hope you enjoyed😘
Bye!
Sincerely,
A Very Tired BatgirlGeek❤️
