I grabbed my algebra textbook and shoved into my backpack. Just two more classes than I'd be free for the day. I could go home and sleep. I haven't been getting much of that lately. Almost every night I've been having a nightmare about my stalker. And the nightmare was always the same. Him, sneaking into my room through the window. I, waking up to see him standing at the foot of my bed. Him, holding a knife and coming after me. I wake up in sweat and on the verge to scream.
I felt someone breathing on my neck. I thought it was Zane trying to scare me but when I turned around, it was Ryan. His cute boyish face held a smile, making him look about a year younger.
"Hello, Lilly," he said.
I nodded. "Hi."
Ryan leaned against the lockers. "I was wondering if you wanted to go out again?"
I sighed. I should've known that was what he was coming over here for. To ask me out. Again. Couldn't the guy just take no for an answer?
I shook my head. "Sorry. I'm seeing someone else."
Ryan's brown eyes dropped to the floor. "So?" he asked surprising the hell out of me. "That never stopped you before."
"Sorry, Ryan but my answer is still no."
Ryan opened his mouth to say something but quickly shut it once Zane came up. Ryan stared at Zane's arms wrapped around my waist. His face was expressionless, making it hard for me to decipher what he was thinking.
He shrugged. "Guess I'll see you around then," he said then left.
"What was that all about?" Zane asked.
"Nothing. He was just...nothing."
"You sure it's nothing?"
I unwrapped myself from Zane's arms to turn and face him. Concern was written all over his face. He knew something was up he just didn't know what.
"I'm sure," I said standing on my tips of my toes to give him a peck on the lips. Why did he have to be so tall? "I've got to get to class but I'll see you at four?" I asked.
Zane nodded then left for his next class. I watched as he disappeared down the hall into the crowd of people.

At exactly four o'clock Zane arrived at my house. We hung out in the living room watching movies. About forty five minutes into the movie, we got bored and started making out.
"What if my dad see us?" I asked in between kisses.
I felt Zane smile against my lips. "Then we're going to be in some big trouble but it'll be worth it."
The living room door swung open and slammed shut. Zane and I quickly pulled apart thinking it was one of my parents. I knew my face was flushed and Zane's hair was all messy from me running my fingers through it.
But it wasn't my parents. It was Talon and Tristan. Which in my opinion is worse. My brother and my supposed to be boyfriend just walked in on me making out with my current boyfriend. Talon looked disgusted. Now he knows how I feel when I found Rhiannon and him making out at the park when I had followed them. And Tristan, he looked sad and furious. But it was his stupid fault. He rejected me. I just did him a favor by going along with it.
"We'll be upstairs if you need us," Talon said then ran upstairs.
Tristan stayed for a little bit. He glanced at Zane and gave him the coldest look I have ever seen.
"I better go," Zane said kissing me on the forehead then left. I heard the front door slam.
After Zane left Tristan started glaring at me. I wanted to cringe. But I couldn't show him that he effected me in anyway. So I just rolled my eyes at him and turned my attention to my phone. Tristan finally thought it was a good idea to go upstairs to hang out with Talon.
