The school day had gone by easily enough, though Tokoyami was more quiet than usual and seemed to avoid being too close to Bakugou whenever he could; Deku still felt bad about that and was determined to make Bakugou apologize to Tokoyami, but he didn't want to worry about that until the end of the day, when he could deal with Bakugou's more than likely nasty attitude about being asked to apologize. Out of the entire day, only two things had been any problem for Deku:

Mineta being his usual perverted self and attempting to look up Deku's skirt when the freckled boy wasn't looking, which was caught by Todoroki, who had casually grabbed Mineta by the back of the shirt and handed him over to Sero to be wrapped up; then there was having to explain to the girls that he had forgiven Bakugou for yesterday's incident. The girls didn't want to let it go so easily, but after Deku insisted several times, Jirou, of all people, backed him up and told the other girls that he could make his own decisions and that it was his business if he wanted to forgive Bakugou. Luckily enough, the girls agreed that they were being too protective and needed to lay off a little.

Now the end of the day was approaching, and Deku sat in his seat, feeling oddly nauseous. His lower back also felt like it had been stomped on and he didn't know why, training hadn't been that tough today, and he was pretty sure he hadn't suffered any blows to his lower back, so what had he done to get hurt like this? He breathed slowly to help ease his nauseous feeling, also not sure why he was feeling that way; he knew that it hadn't been the breakfast Bakugou had made, because they both ate the same thing and Bakugou seemed to be perfectly fine. Maybe he had some form of food poisoning from something under-cooked at lunch? He didn't notice when class had come to an end until he glanced up from his notebook and saw the others packing up and filtering out of the room. His body just really didn't like him right now and it felt miserable, he didn't want to get up from his seat, but he had to if he was going to go back to his room and lay down to relax before he would have to go see Sero for their second day of taking reference pictures. He groaned quietly as the pain in his lower back seemed to migrate to his lower abdomen instead, making him hunch over slightly; maybe he would have to tell Sero he wasn't feeling very well.

"Midoriya, are you alright?" Todoroki asked, approaching the boy's desk.

"Deku, did you get hurt in training?" Uraraka asked, tagging alongside Todoroki with a worried expression. "You look like you're in pain."

Deku glanced up at them, offering a weak smile, though there was most certainly pain in his eyes. Their other classmates left in their own little groups, completely unaware of anything going on with Deku, leaving just the three by themselves as the last students left the room.

"I feel sick...." he mumbled, cradling his lower abdomen as pain surged through it. "Ah....I think I may have eaten something bad, my guts feel like they're being squeezed through a strainer."

Todoroki leaned over the desk with a concerned look.

"Do you want me to carry you to Recovery Girl's office?" he asked softly. "If you ate something bad, I don't think you should be walking around, you might irritate your stomach more."

"He might not want to be carried either then." Uraraka pointed out. "The walking might jostle his stomach. I can use my quirk and we can float him to Recovery Girl's office instead."

"That's a good point, Uraraka." Todoroki agreed. "Midoriya, would you like help out of your seat?"

Deku was hesitant, but nodded and turned slightly in his seat to take Todoroki's offered hand, slowly getting up with the icy-hot hero's help. A gasp from Uraraka made Deku look to her in concern, wondering what she was gasping about; he and Todoroki followed the girl's gaze to the seat of Deku's chair.
