Chap 5- friend zoning yourself

Schools over and I already decided that I'm taking Jordan to the movies. I was sorta thinking about having a romantic date under that stars but that will always be Skyler's and I thing.

Time to go to Mighty Med, I already texted her saying are date is at 6:00. We're going to a movie and after, a nice little dinner.

I hope she likes it. I actually really like her. Then again, Skyler. Man, who knew love was this tough? I go into Mighty med and put on my lab coat. Kaz is over there talking to Skyler, oh no, more awkwardness. "Hey guys," say like usually. Then Kaz turns around and has this mad look on his face. "Kaz you ok? You look like you're about to explode," I chuckle. "You and Skyler made out and you didn't tell me?!," Kaz says to me. "Wha- You told him?" I say pointing to Skyler. "Yeah, she did. I just can't believe you were hiding this from me," Kaz butts in.

I grab Skyler's arm and drag her to a room where no one can see us. "You told him!?" I asked rather loudly. "He tricked me! He said that he was trying an experiment for school so I agreed to help and then he got Owl Girl and "the owl of truth" and put this truth spell on me and made me tell him!" she replies. "And we can't just ignore what happened. I don't want to ignore what happened. When are we going to talk about it?" "Ok fine! What do you want to talk about?" I give in. "Are we just going to pretend like it never happened?" she asks. "Well, I do have a girlfriend. To be honest. I think we should just forget about it. You know, going back to being best friends," I reply. "Ok, that's fine," she says "friends?"
