Chap 6- A date part 1

Guess what time it is! It's time to go on my date with Jordan. I can't wait! Man, I'm really excited.

"Hey dude ready for your date?" Kaz asks. I had Kaz come over to tell me what to do or what to wear, so stuff like that.

I decide to wear a red plaid shirt, some jeans and black converse. I wonder what she's going to wear.

Ok I have around 30 minutes. Maybe I'll ask Skyler on how I look. I call Skyler and wait for her to get here.

I check my phone and the caller ID says Skyler. "Hey, loser," she jokes "come open the door I'm here." "Ok, I'll be there, just wait," I respond. I go downstairs and open the door. "You do realize there's a doorbell right?" I ask. "Yeah but this way I can call you loser over the phone," she smiles.

God that smile.

Snap out of it Oliver! Your going on a date with Jordan, you and Skyler agreed to stay friends!

"So, Skyler are you hungry?" I ask. "A bit but I'll just eat alone," she answers. "Hey tell you what, after the date why don't you and I go and eat something?" I wonder. "But you would have already eaten with Jordan, remember you are taking her to a restaurant?" she reminds me. "Oh, don't worry, Jordan already told me this morning that she can't go to the restaurant because her mom has her doing chores and stuff," I tell her. "Well in that case, I would love to go with you Oliver," she accepts.

Yyyyyyyyaaaaaayyyy!!!!!

Wait why am I celebrating?

"Oh crap Skyler, it's 5:57 I got to go see you later, bye!" I say then kiss her on the cheek. I kissed her on the cheek? But because I'm late I just shake it off and hurry up to Jordan's house.

Man, I hope tonight going to be awesome! I finally make it to Jordan's house and I ring her doorbell. I wait a couple minutes till she finally opens the door. And I must say, wow.

She doesn't look like when she's at school, she looks like a girl. I mean she is a girl but right now she's just, wow. "Uh, Oliver?" she says waving her hand on my face, then I realize my mouth is open. "Sorry Jordan it's just, wow," I tell her.

After that I took her to the movies and we watched a scary movie so I'd be there to protect her. To be honest I was pretty scared to. Okay, so maybe she wasn't scared and she was there to protect me but still it was cool.

When the movie was over we waited outside the theater for Jordan's mom to come pick us up. We make it to my house around 7. I say thanks to her mom for driving me here and asked Jordan on a second date. Because she said yes, it gave me the impression that she probably had a good time.

After they leave my driveway I suddenly remember about Skyler. I quickly grab my phone out of my pocket and call her. "Hey Skyler, remember when we said that you and I can go to restaurant tonight?" I ask her. "Yeah," she responds. "Still want to do that?" I wonder. "Sure, I'll swing by your house in a little bit and then we can go," with that said she hung up and I fixed my hair.
