Author's notes in the middle of the story is just annoying. I can't concentrate on reading it if every other sentence is an author's note.
Janelle slapped Kelly in the face. (SLAAYY GIRL) "How could you do this to me!", Janelle yelled. "I didn't do anything!", Kelly shouted back. (Kelly is a liar) "You cheated in Monopoly!", Janelle said. (I love Monopoly!!) "And I will get revenge!!".
Please save your author's notes for the end of the chapter or the beginning, and don't put it in the middle of the story!
