Please don't bash characters just because you don't like them. So you don't like Lloyd from Ninjago that much? You don't have to make every bad thing happen to him.

I have seen stories where the author has literally killed a character and not included them in the story because they didn't like them.

Or, completely changing the character of a story.

You might as well change their name and they will never know it's them.
