Stan's POV
"You've liked him for like two years Stan, just show up at his doorstep with flowers or something." Kyle suggests, as I pace back and forth around my room.
I shake my head "It can't just be some cliché.."
"Isn't everything a cliche these days? Wouldn't being straightforward be the most non-cliché thing you could do?" Kyle asks
"You mentioned fucking flowers!!" I exclaim
"Dude... It starts by calming down..." Kyle says standing and making me stand still.
"Yeah you're right... What should I do?" I ask
"Just talk to him... explain to him, confess to him." Kyle starts "It's the best way to get your feelings across without him being confused."
"Okay..." I swallow harshly "Okay. I'm ready... I'm gonna do this." I sigh and get my coat "Thanks Kyle."
"No problem, I should get outta here too, it would be weird for me to hang out at my best friends house without him here" Kyle gets up and leaves.

Craig's POV
"You don't like Tweek?!" Clyde exclaims as I sit on my bed, my knees tucked up close to me.
"No! I'm just looking out for him because nobody else does!" I exclaim
"So who is the boy you've got the hots for?" Clyde asks
I roll my eyes "Why do you want to know?"
"Because I want to know who my best friend likes, and I want to hook him up! I wanna be a wingman dude I've never been one before! And god knows you need one." Clyde answers
"Okay. It's Marsh." I state
Clyde Laughs "Him?! You like Stan Marsh?"
"God a problem with it?" I ask
"No! I'm just surprised!" Clyde answers
There's a few moments of silence, Clyde and I both thinking. Though I'm sure Clyde is just taking in the new information.
"Are you sure you don't like Tweek?" He asks
"Yes I'm fucking sure! I like Stan!" I exclaim
"Okay... okay..." he looks down
"Is it unbelievable or do you just not accept it?" I ask
"No no! I accept it, I just... it's so much easier when it's Tweek." Clyde says
"Fuck you. I don't like fucking Tweek." I state
"I know! You like Stan. So... you gonna tell him?" Clyde asks
"No." I answer
"Maybe you don't have to tell him..."
"You aren't either."
"I know! What if... you walked right up to him and gave him a big smooch!"
"Are you dumb?"
"No! It's a good idea!"
"No it isn't. That's the shit that gets me arrested."
"Fine, What if... you stood outside his house with a boom box and played love songs?"
"You are dumb."
"I am not! I'm just giving ideas! Okay... get him flowers and-"
"No."
"What do you want to do?!"
"Leave it alone."
"No! You can't! You have to tell him! What if he becomes your boyfriend afterward?!" Clyde asks
I ponder on his question, what if? What if Stan Marsh became my boyfriend, I find myself smiling slightly, I shrug as an answer.
There's a knock at the door. I get up to get it and Clyde follows behind me. I open it to see Stan, I smile a bit wider, he smiles at me, about the same amount, he seems nervous.
"Hey" I greet
"Oh are you busy? I can come back-" I cut him off
"Come on in dude, I don't see why you can't join our hangout session." I step aside and let Stan in, Clyde winks at me, which causes me to glare at him. We all sit on my couch, Stan in the middle of Clyde and I.
Clyde gives me a small look before looking at Stan "So Stan, Craig looks nice today, don't you think?" Clyde asks, I facepalm and feel my face heat up.
"Correction, Craig always looks nice." Stan answers, I tense up "You think?"
"Yep!" Stan sounds happy, he just made me a flustered mess, with little to no effort, I look down.
"What about Craig's blush? What do you think about that?" Clyde asks, I feel Stan's eyes on me, so I look over at him, making eye contact until it breaks for him to look at my cheeks.
"They're nice too. Now that I think about it, everything is nice about Craig. All the time." Stan smiles at me, oh god it is not possible for me to get any more red at this point.
"Well, my dad wants me home. I have to go, later guys!" Clyde gets up and walks out. You fuck, I glare at his back as he leaves.
"Okay. Craig. No more games, no more compliments, I have something to tell you." Stan states, looking at the ground, sitting cross legged on the couch, his hands in his lap and his thumbs twiddling.
"I'm all ears." I respond, He takes a few deep breaths.
"I-I... Craig you're.... it's just that..." he starts multiple sentences.
"Woah, Stan. Just... deep breaths, take your time." I'm sure I know what he's gonna say, the more time he takes the more time I have to plan out my reaction.
Stan takes a few deep breaths "Craig. I think you're stunning, beautiful, amazing... every positive adjective belongs to you. You're one of the best people I know and... I have feelings for you. I have feelings for you that are beyond friend. I want to be... something more... with you." He explains, he speaks as though he's talking to himself in the mirror, practicing how to tell me. Anything that helps him I suppose. I move so I'm closer to him I take one of his hands that are placed in his lap, intertwining our fingers and looking up at him. We both make eye contact and his eyes flicker down to my lips, am I ready to kiss someone? I've never kissed anyone before. I'm sure a small peck won't kill me. He leans in and presses his lips to mine gently, and just for a moment. I kiss him back as soon as it registers in my mind. I pull away and smile lightly, I like kissing boys. I laugh at myself for that dumb thought.
"What?" He asks "was I bad?" He quickly adds
"What? No! The kiss was fine." I give him a small Eskimo kiss "it was really good, in fact." I add
"So what are we now?" He asks
"How does boyfriends sound?" I ask
"Perfect." He answers
