I got up and walked off to get dressed for a dreaded day of school. I walked out of my room and downstairs only for a hand to touch my stomach and a kiss came to the top of my head. 

"How are my two favorite people?" Nik asked before leaning over and kissing my stomach.

"Well I have a doctor's appointment before school so we are going to find out." I said smiling at him.

"I'm coming with you." Nik said standing straight.

"Mhm." I hummed.

"What time is the appointment?" He asked.

"8:30 so we have about an hour." I answered walking off to get something to eat.

"Okay, my love." Nik chuckled following me. "What are you going to eat?" Nik asked as I looked threw the fridge.

"An orange." I said looking at him.

"You should eat something more then just an orange, my love." Nik said rubbing my stomach.

"Shush if I eat anything else I will be sick. I am pregnant after all." I said pealing the orange.

"Of course." Nik said before kissing the side of my head and leaving me to eat my orange in peace.

"So is this your first kid?" The doctor asked.

"Yes." Nik answered holding my hand.

"Well let's see if we can see it." The doctor said motioning to the medical bed.

I got on the bed and lifted my shirt so she could put the gel on it. We watched as the doctor started moving the stick around my stomach. I saw the little fetus in my stomach and looked at Nik in awe. He looked back at me before pressing a kiss to my hand. We went back to watching the ultrasound.

"Okay so let's see if we can see the gender." The doctor mused.

"Place your bets, Nik. Male or female." I joked.

"Female." He said.

"Male." I said back sending him a playful look.

"Okay well let's find out who wins." The doctor said smiling at us. "Well it's a girl." The doctor said and I made a face as Nik smirked looking at me. 

"I won." Nik said before pressing a short and sweet kiss to my lips.

"Mhm." I hummed before taking the tissue from the doctor and wiping the goo off my stomach.

"I'm going to take some blood because before you walked in someone told me that you keep getting lightheaded." The doctor said and I sent Nik a look.

"Yeah okay." I hummed holding out my arm and she took some blood. 

"Someone will call you after the blood gets tested." The doctor said smiling at us.

"Perfect. Thank you." Nik said helping me off the medical bed. I started shivering at nothing when a jacket was placed over my shoulders. "Why is your forehead so cold?" Nik whispered resting a hand on my forehead.

"I don't know I feel fine." I whispered back as we walked out of the room.

"You sure?" He asked rubbing my arms trying to warm me up.

"Yes, I'm fine." I said.

"Were where you in first period?" Ell asked as we sat in Nik's class and Rebekah listened in.

"Doctor's I told you yesterday that I had a doctor's appointment today at 8:30 until 9." I whispered looking at her.

"Right you did sorry forgot." Ell whispered.
